Educate your staff While holding on for minutes after being transferred twice then placed on hold cause she had no idea what composite decking was or . I spent the time on hold shopping on Home Depot order placed happy with purchase . She never came back to update me on cost even after asking to speak to manager. I usually come in but you cant always educate your staff train them
When it comes to FYP knowing their products, I'll give them a 2 out of 10. Why, my questions were simple... which was, do you have the product and how much square feet it covers. I was told that I'm asking to many questions. I didn't give up on them at that point, however, this guy by the name of David finally gave me an answer.
Its always wonderful when everybody knows your name. I've been shopping there for years and the service is always good. Even during the pandemic and thru the supply shortages they normally have what I need. Don't forget to sign up for their reward system. It truly pays to shop at the Builders Mall.
