They advertised a free cleaning and exam a few years ago so I booked an appointment and went...before going back I specifically asked the receptionist to double check that my insurance would cover any extra charges I had already checked myself....now I have a bill in collections stating that I owe them. If the collection agency can't resolve this issue I will be reporting this practice!
I have been going to John since his office opened in Collinsville. I have only good things to say because John has always been considerate and gentle. I had poor dental habits when I was young and John has been able to keep all my teeth except for one. His staff is courteous and makes me feel at ease in the chair. As long as there are teeth in my mouth I will go to John. TomG
I have many issues with my teeth and have had many procedures and different practices and John is by far the best I've ever been to! Awesome at root canals and fillings!

If I could give 0 stars I would but his staff has a very nasty disposition don’t waste your time or money.
