Very helpful & friendly. My Aunt was looking for the perfect Valentine's Day gift. She asked both gentlemen for ideas and the young came up with the perfect idea for my Uncle. A tool belt with some tools in it & my Uncle's favorite candy. Definitely great customer service.

The staff at Bulkhead Hardware are exceptional! Friendly, Professional, and hand picked the hardware to help us finish building our bird feeder/ flower basket hanging post prototype. They are available for sale with custom staining options.

I have bought from from this business for years. I will shop elsewhere after today I had purchased something I didn’t need on my debit card. Not needed I returned it. On a Sunday they took the money still from my debit card. The lady told us they don’t take money from your cards until the next business day. So in short. They gave me back my money then took it back and also got their product back. We argued with several people there and to no avail. They refused to return my twenty dollars. I’m on social security. That’s food or gas to me. What is it to them to lose twenty dollars. Shame on you.

The BEST local hardware store! Awesome owners, doing great with their selection of products, and their staff is very helpful! If you need anything they have availability to, they come through, even ordering things that aren't in stock, Tabby, Don, Bill, and Kit, along with the rest, absolutely will make your day or project as easy as they can!

This was my first visit. Store is clean, organized and packed to the brim with products. Found exactly what I needed. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

I stopped in for 5 new keys & got the usual smile, fast service & questions answered! Even found a toyping pong ballsfor my 3 y.o. grandson! It was his first visit there! He was given a lollipop & we stopped at the gumball machines on the way out!

Love the old style hardware stores, this place has everything. Always plenty of people to assist in finding items. The UPS pickup has always been so convenient as well.
