Awesome staff. I live off Tymber Creek and it’s a convenient and quick place to get my potting soil, mulch and rare plant foods. The staff is super knowledgeable about everything from pet food to gardening. And they order the hard to get items for less than I can, even my dogs food. I prefer to give my $ to local businesses and I know their margins have to be small. Truly appreciate. Highly recommend.

Been shopping here for my dog food, treats, accessories and vet supplies for well over 5 years now! Love these guys! I will continue to shop here throughout the upcoming years. They have so much more than just dog food, so make sure you give them a try and their prices are comparable to other stores and the service is personable and friendly. They help you take heavy items to your car even.

First time here. Staff was helpful. Place was neat and clean. Little more expensive than other pet stores for my dog's food. I have been told they have a buy 10 get one free offer but no-one said anything to me about it during my transaction.

This place is AWESOME, and if they don't have something you need they will find it for you. I have been shopping here for 9 years and I have referred over a 1000 of my customers here for their Pet needs. If I Could give them a 10 star I would. They have great products and offer great customer service. Thank you Tod and the team.

The guy who works here has worked here to long. He should find another job. I don't even want to go here any more. I would rather drive an extra half hour to go where the people are more pleasant. out off pioneer trail they also sell feed and could use the business. Plus they are super nice!!!!

I've had to change my review now that I've been going her for a while. The store has great prices and a wide selection of items. It's unfortunate that the owner and the people there just aren't very friendly. I visited a few times and talked about my new dog with them. They didn't seem interested. And I finally brought Molly with me and was excited for them to meet her and they didn't seem interested then either. If you're going to have a store serving people with animals perhaps a little more enthusiasm by those that work there toward customers and their animals would be appropriate. When I go in and need information I feel like I'm a bother. In summary, I like the store but expect more from the people who work there.

Went in the store and was impressed until the unfriendly owner/staff let me know how unfriendly and rude they could be. Was going to buy at least 500.00 worth of collars and leashes food etc, for 11 new puppies. They were totally uninterested almost like you bothered them. Surprising to me that Pet Smart is much friendlier than a local business. I took my business somewhere else that was friendly and helpful. Attitudes were very disappointing.

Great selection of products however the customer service is sort of lacking; you have to approach them to receive any help. If this were not on my drive home from work, I would probably go to pet supermarket instead. I have been here several times and have never seen an employee wear a mask which is concerning.

Potentially great store. Unfortunately the staff are some of the most unfriendly people I have come into contact with in many years. This store must be extremely profitable and not need repeat business. I will not be going back. Too many other places to get what I need without having to deal with black holes of personality.
