Great bike shop! they fixed my vintage kickstand in less than 2 days and it was broken when I bought it in, it was a total of 25 dollars Which is less then what they should be charging, but thank you for fixing my bicycles kickstand and here are the photos of it. I will Also Post recent photos of it with the brand new 70s light bulb I installed
Excellent shop, and beyond excellent customer service. We went in to test some electric bikes, the person helping us was so nice, knowledgeable and patient. Wound highly recommend.
Great bike shop. Good variety of bike. Sells electric, mountain, road, and kids bike. The service here is professional and at a decent price.
I went in on a Friday and talked to Lloyd the owner. I told him what bike I was looking for they had one. But asked me what I was gonna use it for and he suggested the Aventon Pace 500 in large. I test rode a medium version I was hooked. He had a large in box and said he would have it ready the next day. It was a great experience and with the purchase I got a free year of service. Everyone their was really helpful and one employee saw I was having trouble getting it into my vw sportswagen and helped take the wheel off and put a stopper in the brake pad so it wouldn’t get stuck. Overall a great place to buy a bike no wonder why they have been around for over 100 years They also put on some accessories I bought when picking it up
I Had an appointment for an oil change at metro Honda and took my bike out for a spin mean while and ended up with two flats , like wow right ! Looking at google and found Bumstead's and I was waiting till opening and met a rider out side and had nothing but positive vibes about this place and sure thing the gates opened up and customer service was on point . Great prices especially for lacing up hubs and ended up leaving with tires . The quality of there installation is perfect and coast of labor is set so riders keep coming back.
Lloyd, Erik & the rest of their crew are supremely knowledgeable and helpful. No job too small or too big, with great prices on repairs, parts all the way through to complete bicycles.

Bought my Aventon Aventure bike here pre- assembled and fitted for my height. I love it but will be bringing it back so they can add a handle bar extension. Lloyd sealed the deal with his personalized service.
Love shopping local. This store has been around for over a century, four generations of Bumstead's. The story Lloyd told at the end before I left was awesome. Quality service, helped me get the bike I wanted. Worth the trip!
