We love our bunk beds from Bunk Bed World! They were a great price and delivery and installation was free! About 6 weeks after delivery one of the slats under the bunk bed snapped because there was a knot in the wood on that particular slat and it was weaker. They came the same day I called and replaced the slats for free! Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful! I definitely recommend them!
My whole experience with this company was smooth and satisfying. The showroom in West Springfield is a bit funky, but George is very easy to talk to and responds to questions without adding pressure to buy. The beds arrived today and are sturdy and handsome. The delivery process was exceptional. Where else can one find a one-hour delivery window these days, even for delivery 100 miles away? Chris showed up early in the window and did all the assembly efficiently and with a smile. We can't wait to fill the bunk beds with three grandchildren.
We have been thinking about a bunk bed for awhile, stopped in to the store to check out their inventory, and fell in love. The owner greeted us at the door and showed us a very popular model that we just couldn't pass up. He gave us a great deal, included free set up and delivery! Loved his demeanor, would definitely recommend this store!
I would not shop here. After putting a deposit on a bad I found the same bed for much cheaper I went to get money back and person at desk said no refunds on deposits Now I'm out $600 Never go there again flat out crooks
