Founded in 1996 by former amateur boxer and trainer Steve Harpst, the Burbank Boxing Club is an organization offering a friendly atmosphere where men and women can train to box or just to get into the best shape of their lives.
The Burbank Boxing Club workout is a balanced, but demanding one. The two-hour sessions include a challenging cardio program, an aggressive strength/endurance session, supportive one-on-one technique training and creative coordination enhancement -- all in one workout. Each workout offers men and women plenty of opportunities to discover the secrets of boxing as a sport and as a form of self-defense.
