Extremely satisfied with the customer service received at this Burberry store, once entered into the boutique my family and I received a warm welcome and the lady who helped us was extremely nice and deserves a lot of praise. Also our dog was welcome into the boutique ! Definitely will return to this Burberry Boutique for future purchases and outstanding customer service!

Awesome decor and layout. The store is much certainly a higher end store but if quality is what you shop for then look no further this is your place. My wife and daughter most certainly love shopping here and you never can go wrong shopping here. And you will definitely get THANK YOU's from the lady's big or small...
Wonderful flagship store on the Magnificent Mile with a friendly, helpful and yet unintrusive staff. They carry the entire online cataloged, so unlike other retailers you don't have to worry about getting better deals elsewhere. Try and buy.
Sales associate are generally nice here. Got some gifts for my sister and she really liked them. Def going back to the store for some more shopping.
Just left the Michigan Ave location. Born and raised in the city, I've never experienced such subpar service in downtown. Such service is beneath the status that is Burberry. I called last night just before closing, to confirm they had the classic tie in stock. The young lady was nice enough to double check and confirm. We came in today, just after opening and he tells us they don't have it. We advise him that we called to confirm. He replies with "yeah it says in stock, but we don't have it. You didn't speak to a store associate, you spoke with customer service. The store associates don't pick up the phone." The store associate did not offer an alternative means of obtaining the tie nor an alternate tie. Instead, as if annoyed by the interraction began texting on his phone. Not one to ever want to make a scene, we thanked him while leaving. He found it beneath him to acknowledge or respond to us. I've always liked the comfort, feel and fit of Burberry. Suffice it to say, never again will I be shopping at the downtown location.
ABSOLUTELY unfriendly employee. we wanted to buy new shoes we fell in love with and we didn’t just because the employee spoiled our mood. we start to record the video of us in the store and she said we can’t record in a really rude way! also there’s a LAW that we can record ourselves in every place but ‍
Maple was absolutely adorable, professional, and had the best smile. She made Burberry that much nicer today.
Chicago Burberry had a line but their staff treats you very well. Take one on one time with you and be patient with you when your making your purchase. I was only one upstairs when making my purchase. Would recommend to others
Burberry has by far one of the most exquisite exteriors out of any luxury retail store in the city of Chicago. It truly stands out among the iconic Michigan Ave storefronts. Aside from the architecture, the staff are very nice and the service is excellent. Five beautiful stars.
