Burch Mr Formal Wear Inc

They took my measurements two weeks prior to my cousin’s wedding. The jacket they gave me was too small, the vest was so small it was four inches from being able to be buttoned, the shirt was too big, and the pants were too short. The jacket i tried on two weeks prior was a perfect fit and I watched the lady write down the correct size. Do yourself a favor and just buy a tux for $300 instead of spending $200 to rent a cheap tux from Mr Burch. They offered no refund and they were not apologetic.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a tuxedo from Mr. Burch in Mountain Brook 20+ years ago. Recently I needed just one additional stud for my current tuxedo. While Mr. Burch no longer uses the studs that I bought 20 years ago, they were able to find some in the back of their store for me. Save me from having to purchase a whole new set.

Took my measurements months ahead. Somehow the jacket was too large and the sleeves too small. Had to drive an extra hour and a half on the day of the wedding to pick up the correct one. Didn't even offer apologizes or a discount for their mistake.

I really appreciate the two ladies that went over and beyond to help my son with his suit for homecoming. They hemmed his pants that he broke hours before the dance. They showed us tricks with the pants on how to pull his shirt down through the hole in the pocket. They smiled, laughed and joked with us. What we thought was a big problem was no big deal to them. Those ladies made our first time a great experience and I truly appreciate their kindness.

Called and asked if I showed up a few min before closing at 6 would it be possible to get a fitting still. The person working said in a very rude manner “no if you arrive at 6 we are closed” I’m sorry but I have worked in restaurant management and retail management and you do not turn away customers like that. I understand you close at 6, but too tell me that arriving a few min before I still will not be able to get a quick measurement is ridiculous. I will not being doing business with Mr. Burch anymore.
