Well after waiting for a hour almost after close to receive our meals. The cookies to replace my daughters chocolate shake were missing. The chocolate milk for the kids meal and BBQ sauce were not there. We had a ton of over cooked nuggets though, don't they look tasty and dry. Fries were cold and the cheese sticks guess what no sauce! Oh and my Mother's bacon cheese burger probably would have made her sick, and oh my so much for fixings on that Burger too. So paid for items and got nothing even in exchange after waiting a hour just for them to start making our order. They don't answer the phone so you have to bang on the door like a lunatic to get part of what you pay for.
Once AGAIN my order was wrong! I asked for a Double whopper ONLY meat, cheese & extra pickles...what does my husband get? Mayonnaise, tomatoes & lettuce. The girl even repeated it back to me?! & of course out of convenience, they didn't give a receipt.Food: 1/5

By far the worst BK in the state of California. The service blows, the employees attitudes are disgusting, and wait times are ridiculous. The ask you to leave the drive-thru window and wait in the front of the store, I’ve been for 15mins, I usually like the burgers here but this is outrageous. I’ll be going to Taco Bell from now on while I’m here in Parlier, Ca.
My nuggets were literally cold.. the mozzarella sticks were hard and tasted like they were from yesterday.. fries and soda were ok.
Was ok, average just like any other burger king. Used the drive thru so I can't comment on the cleanliness inside the restaurant. Staff was friendly, no complaints or cons. Good choice for fast food.
Terrible me and my wife made a cheeseburger and 10 piece chicken nugget order through the bk app and choose to pick up through the drive thru and also on cheese burger order I was suppose to receive free ice cream cone through promotion on bk app. Also they refused to accept mobile orders and have it pick up through drive thru and mind you I’m already in drive thru with 3 car behind me and 2 cars in front of me. Just unprofessional and terrible service just killing my time for a simple order. 7/11/21 around 6 pm to 7 pm this happened
