Today I went to BK for a quick breakfast. My order was completed quickly and my food was very good. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant especially the women's bathroom.Food: 5/5
When placing my order noticed that I was charged more than the posted price for items. When asked why, the staff became confused and wouldn't listen to my questions then got nasty and argumentative. They also close the kids play area very early frequently and it is often very cold in there. Won't be back after too many negative staff interactions.
How many times do you skip over someone waiting in line. Okay I was patient when she asked me to wait . Comes back and skips me. Then takes the order of the next person in the other line again. Whoever is taking orders at the drive thru right now sucks at her job and is costing you loyal customers. I will never patronize your store again. Repeat bad service.
Went through the drive thru. Building was clean as well as the parking lot. Employees were really friendly. As for the food. It's fast food. I was hungry and it hit be the spot. Overall a good experience. For fast food,it was good.Food: 4/5
Very nice and spacious interior, clean and modern for a fast food restaurant bathroom is very conveniently located at the front close to the ordering station . Children, large family and gathering friendly. And speedy service but at peak periods there may be a wait drive-thru is usually very busier than eat in dining. Had a special on ice cream cones for 54 cents a piece including tax. Very popular location with plenty of parking with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrances. There is a separate playroom for parties . A very good experience with excellent food
No matter how many times you order fresh off the broiler, they never do. Ask for it extra hot, nope, just luke warm. Weekdays the drive thru is slow as molasses, and then they keep you from pulling forward to avoid extended service times. Surprised owners/district management hasn't noticed. And, the app and deals are a joke because they are always having issues with the codes or app allegedly. So, from an 8 dollar deal, you end up forced into 13 dollar purchase. Same for rewards. Their receipts do not have the transaction ID to claim reward points for purchases. So forget about the upcharge you don't even get the reward points for any of the purchase. This has got to be one of the flakiest BK's ever.
So if you order breakfast sandwiches that are double sausage egg and cheese you expect egg. Go back in to get them to put egg and they give you single sausage. REALLY! Can’t seem to get it right!‍ And why can’t they get the guy with long dirty nails to trim them or clean them? If you are working with food hygiene should be top priority! Gross!
Since the BK in Palatka changed management, the whole experience has taken a deep dive. A hard look needs to be made.Food: 3/5
Food is fast and my orders are always accurate. It’s great to go on a rainy day the kids can eat and play in the indoor playground. My kids love it but I have to remind them they have to use their inside voices because it is indoors. There are two door to divide the dining area from the park area, which also has tables but of course, loud screams and laughter can be over heard through the doors. Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the entrance and to the side of the building as you drive in. Handicapped parking is closer to the entrance. I do believe I’ve seen ay least for spots but there may be more I don’t recall. Kid-friendliness: There’s an indoor playground the flooring around the equipment is soft and rubberized. There are also tables in the play section. There’s a divider between the main dining area and the play area with two doors. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors open wide, to make it accessible for people in wheelchairs. The side walk leading in has accessibility there are handicapped parking closer to the entrance, the floor is one level, some of the tables are wheelchair accessible as well the bathroom, has a handicap stall with a wide door and hall.
