They are a bit slow here. I've gone a couple of times and the same 3 women are working in there. They seem to be nice, if they actually speak to you. They are a little bit slow to get the food out.Food: 4/5

Really? You really served me this mess, its taking everything out of me not to go back and make that man make IT over. You mean to tell me that he couldn't take his tome and make this? The cashier is a mad women she literally charged people 10 cents for a bag the people bought 20 worth of food. She dont need to work here.
Worst service , won’t have the next time I was craving for onion ring so i order and come pickup I order 3 things , when i got it just wanna have it home then i check the thing when i driving back There is no onion ring but french fries Driving back cause i thought they put in wrong thing They just we don’t have onion rings so we gave you french fries Why don’t you inform customers before you give the order to them? If i knew before then i won’t drive back here Or at least write on reciept And say sorry without any feeling I was having same problem at Popeyes They informed me before hand giving me choices, they should learn to do that And if no more then take it out from your app Learn from Mcdonal! The whopper i got is flat and very cold Like they didn’t prepare it properly Burger King should read and fix this branch So many people complain about their food here
Served dried and burned left over fries. Place is infested with flies all over and i even took photosphotos below even after i moved to another table. While at table, asked an employee to put a little volume on their tv as i saw a catching news..she quickly said "no, we dont put sound".. i said, but sometimes theres sound..and when i told her about the dried fries, she just walked away. Few minutes later a seemed to be manager, an african american ladyno nametag just opened the door and stood theredidnt even come to my table..i told her about the fries and request for the tv sound..Well, she snapped at me like im her little child yelling from accross the floor.. zero courtesy and no respect whatsoever.
Today was one of the worst experiences that I have had in the Burger King. The restaurant was filthy the bathroom was also filthy. The girl at the counter I had to repeat myself several times to her. And they still got my order wrong. When I returned it to get it right it was given back to me again wrong. The service was rude. They also forgot to give me my drink and I had to ask for that a couple of times. And bottom line they started giving me an attitude because they weren't doing their job right. The girls were playing in the back talking on their phones just gossiping whatever they were doing. Too many staff scheduled with Idle Hands. Most of the food that I had gotten was thrown in the trash so we never got to consume it. I would not recommend going to this Burger King for anyone.
Unfortunately, this is probably the last time I go to this Burger King. Ordered a large onion rings and they were burnt to a crisp. I even took a picture. The staff should have known better than to place these in a customer's bag, being that they werw clearly inedible. At a time when costs are rising and people are being asked to come back out to patronize businesses, this is disappointing.
Okay now, I'm going to be very honest. I just got here because I needed to use the restroom from a one hour drive and maybe which I did, buy something to eat. Little did I know, this place is just filthy, EVERYWHERE. I should've checked the comments before coming here, but I was in a hurry. The food, crappy. Service, efficient because there wasn't many people. First and last time I come here. Goodbye, I hope this place gets better with time for the sake of future customers.
