Don't leave without checking your order. They have messed it up or forgotten food the last 4 times I went. Also slow on getting the orders filled. The food you get is usually good. Just needs a better organized system.
Drive thru staff are delightful. Food always correct on the order even if I ask for an item removed or added. Foods comes hot and fast! Drinks always cold. Love this BK thanks to the staff. Hope the staff get a little positive feedback for all the hard work they do. This is The best BK around: thanks so much drive thru and grill staff! Keep up the great work. Vegetarian options: Love the imposible whopper options! Dietary restrictions: Good for vegetarians who want to try plant based burgers
Never have I been greeted in a drive-thru like I was. The woman was upbeat, polite, kind, and made my day. Such a turnaround from before. Will definitely visit more often. I hope all the staff is like herFood: 5/5
Service was good and food was decent. Could have been fresher. Nuggets tasted old. A little bit of a mess. No paper towels in the mens room. I'd go there again.
Slow service no one in the store speaks English. They don't even have half of burger kings active menu. Store was terrible waited 25 mins for cold food while a pink haired lady stared at me with a blank expression. Disgusted
The new melts burgers are way too small they look burger on TV an on the board. For the price it should be bigger. An they also need to change the grease in there fryer you can taste it.Food: 4/5
My opinion is based on a young lady in drive thru who is so polite and respectful. She makes my trip worth itFood: 3/5
I have never been to a Burger King that was staffed by such disrespectful and incompetent staff. The food is always cold, and almost everybody is rude. Learn how to do customer service properly, and don't talk to your customers like they are an inconvenience to you.
The place is slow as hell I'm sitting in line through drive-thru one car in front of me nobody's acknowledging me so I say hello she says she'll be right with me another 5 minutes goes by and nothing I gave up and just left what kind of service is that
Horrible!! Took 4 ever to get thru drive thru then when I got to the service window with the window closed I could hear the employees cussing and arguing with each other finally got order drove off got back to work food Cold and the wrong stuff that I ordered...buy that time lunch was over 4 me! Not worth going back...WHAT HAPPENED 2 THE KING!!! SAD SO SAD
