Imma make this simple some how I ended up with food poisoning not sure how maybe someone didn’t wash their hands or whatever but let’s try to do that in the future. I know it can be hectic at times but good hygiene is important. Luckily I didn’t get it worse than I didFood: 3/5
I came through the drive thru to get breakfast for everybody. I ordered 6 croissants total: 2 egg and cheese, 2 ham egg and cheese, 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants and 2 drinks. That's all, nothing else. The woman on the drive thru speaker said "Wow, you must be feeding your whole family!" .... I said "I am..." She said 'that's fine', but then when I pulled up to the window to get the food after paying her at the first window, another woman said "Did you have the big order??" To me. Big order? 6 croissants is really a BIG order?! You guys can't be saying stuff like that to people, some people take stuff like that very personally. I've worked fast food for 10+ years and I've NEVER said those things to somebody. Some people would find all of that offensive, back to back. Please watch what you say to customers!
The food was excellent, very fresh and hot. The portions were just right. The Burger King at South Roan is best around!! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
Love BK! I have to eat heart healthy and they flame broil! And with value menu I can feed myself and my grandson for under $5! And now that I have to watch my carbs I love the double cheeseburger plain and remove the bun! Meat and cheese yummy Food: 5/5
Well if they wasn't so up tight about a coupon I'd come here more. Most places let you use more than 1 PER PERSON PER VISIT AND UP TOO 5 PURCHASES ON EACH COUPON...... the one in gray tn well they can be really rude to a PERSON that didn't kno at the time and there was no signs telling anyone any different but there are now. But any how arbys gets alot of our business now tho. There nice about the coupons they don't act like it's coming outta their paycheck lol......

Always get your order right, hot, fast food. Thats actually edible and the customer service is always friendly even helpful if you have coupons. Super nice to kids also? Kid-friendliness: Loves kids great atmospheric vibe! Parking: Has handicap parking also, and plenty of room if in a big truck or bus etc. Over all great place. Convenient location also. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
