Ordered a roadhouse crispy chicken sandwich at the store through Doordash got a beef burger wrapped in a chicken burger wrapper. Not acceptable at all. I don't eat beef but didn't realize until I had a bite.
The staff seemed inexperienced and easily confused. I can make exceptions for this. But the food was luke warm, and the fries were definitely stale. My wife's Whopper was so heavily drenched in condiments that she couldn't taste the burger, and it was literally dripping out of the burger with every bite. She was not impressed, and we will likely not be returning soon
Yes service was slow, yes I had to ask for a fork and no condiments and yes the kitchen sounded very disorganized. A couple huffy customers because of slow service. Like most fast food restaurants students have gone back to school and they have minimal staff. Food was ok, I would give this place a few more weeks to get themselves sorted. We probably won't return.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal because there is no mayo on it since I'm allergic and the server changed the order without mentioning it because it was cheaper. When I placed the order, I specifically asked for it to show on the screen at the drivethru so I could ensure my order was correct and the server couldn't sort that either. Got to the window and I was told to go park in a spot when there was no one else on line. Then got my drinks and no straws. When the food came out to the car there was still no straws.
Service was extremely slow for my order of just 1 8pc nuggets. Manager was on the phone for a couple minutes then talking to the back staff about something that happened earlier in the day. I finally got my order when someone working the drive thru noticed me still standing there and got my order ready quickly as he could with a “very sorry for your wait”. Poor service at this location but they earned that 1 star with flying colours.
This place should be shut down, waited 20mins for onion rings and mozzarella sticks, I waited 10 mins before another car showed up to order, they also got asked to park on the side and they got served before me. After looking over some of the reviews I see I'm not the only one complaining about this, even after the 20min wait both the onion rings and mozzarella stick tasted horrible I threw them out. The owner definitely needs to take action before this place is shut down.
Dinesh has wonderful customer service. I don’t go to Burger King very often due to the high cost of things and because I am picky re needing my meat burned to be able to eat it. The 2 most recent times I’ve come here he has been so kind and helpful. Awesome customer service!!!Recommended dishesSandwich
The food was ok, and the service was better than last time around last time I got a old person and she was just something you would not expect a food service, but that time was better and the people was kind and helpful and good to me. But i don’t get why that Burger King is closed at 12 when the Belleville one is open 24 seven especially how this one is right by the highway you would think it would be open more for more customers, and so you can get a Burger anytime day or night?
Just wanted to compliment Kalra for the excellent service we receive every time we visit this Trenton Burger King location. She is pleasant to deal with, polite, very fast and can even quickly count change compared to some other people we have dealt with.Dietary restrictions accommodatedNot sure
Place is total chaos. Staff looks always busy even there are 1 or 2 customers and still takes around 20-25mins to prepare the order. And foul smell of frying oil as soon as entering the store. Very unprofessional.
