Wanted to get a quick snack before a 45 minute road trip. This is what our mozzarella sticks looked like. Hard cheese and burnt! Additionally, we specifically asked if marinara sauce was in bag and staff member clearly said yes. Sauce was NOT in the bag and we threw out the sticks. BK can do better … especially on the short orders!Food: 1/5
I understand business is bad but do you really have to start rationing the zesty sauce? They didnt give me any at the drive-thru so I went inside to ask for some. They looked at me like I was robbing the placeFood: 3/5
Second timer i bien to this place. this place loves frying food With old oil and The French fries and nuggets r dark and taste bitter because of this. If BK can't afford to change the oil. BK should consider closing dis place. avoid this place. go somewhere else
I've held my tongue for way too long. I want to know what kind of HS drop outs they have working at this location because why is it so difficult to READ INSTRUCTIONS??? Every time I order my Impossible Whopper WITH cheese, it NEVER has cheese on it. AND they always put onions on it which I request to be removed. WHY OFFER THESE OPTIONS ON THE APP IF THESE KIDS ARE GONNA DO WHATEVER THEY WANT ANYWAY?! As a perks member, I'd like to be able to frequent my hometown location, but y'all are forcing me to go into a whole other borough at this point.

For a fast food restaurant burger king has been consistent in food quality, portion size and having a credibly staff. Stores look clean and kept inside although the outsides can vary from well groomed to garbage strewn depending on location.Food: 4/5
I love their sausage biscuits, and yesterday, their coffee was exceptional. BK does breakfast right. Their "Appetizers" are good, too. I liked the mozzarella sticks.Food: 5/5
This burger king has impossible burger, 0% beef, taste like real beef, great for vegetarian.
The older lady that's worked at this location for years is the most vile and unpleasant person in the world. Multiple complaints towards this worker manager yet she still works there. I simply leave the drive thru if i pull up to get my order and she's working at this point. Trash human being don't go here during the day.
I placed a order on Saturday May 7th after 12pm to order food for my mother and made the mistake of ordering extra fries & Manager on Duty had a nasty attitude with me. When I asked for her name she replied “For what, what you want to know my name for” I asked again and she told me her name was “V”. She was VERY impatient & had a attitude at my mistake so I apologized and she responded “Yea cuz you doing too much” “Don’t apologize to me! Joe the one on the register”, but Joe the cashier on duty at the time was and remained VERY respectful and understanding of my mistake. Terrible customer service, especially coming from a manager. Never going there again.
