Always a pleasure to get my food here because when Alma hears my voice, it's on! I have a medical problem and she's easy on how hard tge nuggets are cooked, yet stoll to regulation. I can still get a frosted ice. Ice Cream with frozen coke It was so hot one day, I gave a $20 tip just to get one.Food: 5/5

Average BK. Just kind of behind the times in sanitation. They have a classy Home Depot door next to the counter, plexiglass shields between most of the space between customer and kitchen, but then none of the workers were masked. I mean, make up your mind. If you don't care about masks, get rid of the ridiculous door and shields. The dining area appears closed. The fountain drink machine is out of order. Best to go to an Extra Miles station for a 79 cent soda.

I always have a hard time ordering here in the drive thru. I used to think it was the speaker box, but they've finally updated the speaker and they still have a hard time understanding us. If you have a question, they may not even bother answering you unless you are ordering. Waste of time to sit there in the drive thru waiting for someone to reply. When they do take your order, special requests may be wrong.  I think some of them are doing their best and there's an attitude problem that makes a toxic work environment.

I ordered Whopper Meal on their drive thru and asked for  catsup.. she gave  me 1 catsup and 1 napkin and the burger has no tomatoes a d onions and lettuce.  I asked for everything on it.  So disappointed.  Did not eat all. I was hungry  and disappointed   Parking: SOuthhampton, benicia Lots of. PRking

Good food! We didn't want to go to the Vallejo location so we went here instead for our kids.Food: 5/5

I will never go here again! Worst BK I’ve ever been to. Lady said I can’t use two coupons when I always do. The cook had no gloves dirty. The lady in charge told me she didn’t want to argue when I told her I always use two coupons as the old  manager always is accommodating. Last time eating there either way can’t get over dirty hands and rude manager

I love this place!  Orders are always correct and quick too

I didn't eat the food, but the facility is in a poor state.

. Owner has mental and emotional issues and wants to take them out on you. I hope he gets the help he clearly needs. I do not recommend Burger King in Benicia

Refused to give me my online order, even though I had the receipt, saying it didn't come up on the screen in the shop.  Just very rude and no sense of customer service. Great support from Burger King via the app.
