I ordered a whopper meal with no tomato or pickles and with extra onions. My food was hot and my sandwich was just the way I ordered it with plenty of onions! The people were friendly and professional, especially the cook! I will go back often when I'm around there.Food: 5/5

Restaurant was very packed inside with a long line, ordered a whopper with specific toppings and received the wrong sandwich, very polite woman quickly pulled me aside and corrected my order and made it priority. Good hot foodFood: 5/5

The onion rings are always hot, but we needed another drink added to our order and was told to pull around and have to order another drink though the drive thru.Food: 4/5
I'm seeing a lot of 2 star reviews and just want to say everyones experience varies depending on the employees working at the time of ordering. For me, the service was quick, kind, and when I stopped to eat my fish sandwich I was pleasantly surprised to see 5 pickles on my extra pickles order! Any other Burger King I've been to only has 3 max when asking for extra. This is very good quality too, food was hot and fresh. Please serve everyone else with the same experience I had, thank you! And keep up the good work.
Poor quality, poor service. ***Edit*** I tried to give them one more chance. I ordered the Bacon King, a large onion ring and a large Mocha iced coffee. The Bacon King was inedible with the bacon being dozens of pieces of greasy, burnt bacon. The onion rings were not hot and the iced coffee tasted nothing like coffee at all. The icing on the cake was i asked for a few zesty sauces to go with my onion rings and they told me they would charge me for the sauces. I will not go here anymore and I suggest everyone do the same!
Burger King in Wapakoneta, Ohio is always extremely cold inside. You have to eat with your coat on. I feel like they don't want you there. The weekend manager always seems surly and dismissive. They left the front sign as drive through and carryout only for months after dining room was open. When my wife mentioned this, the weekend manager stated that we get enough customers.
