This was the first time I placed a pickup order at this location. Somehow somebody wrote “Bin Laden” on the bag to mock my name. Honestly, this is taking RUDENESS to another level. I hope this is not way Burger King does it’s business. This happened on 8-25-2023 around 6:30pm.Food: 3/5
Went here last week with me and my girlfriend to dine in. I must say the service was phenomenal. The manager Raymond took our order. We had a conversation because he asked me was I from New York from the shirt I had on. We had an interesting conversation and he presented a polite spirit. He also was very respectable and kind in making sure we had all that we needed. I stay in the area and been to this burger King plenty of times but this time I must say it had a different vibe. The atmosphere felt great.
I have been getting breakfast lately and it's been great and the main person person who gets me at the window is Carmen. She is fast , nice, and always has a smile on her face. Thank you and I appreciate you .Food: 5/5
When I tell you this location is just such a disappointment. I’ve been here before and had cold cheese put in my burger. It doesn’t matter if they are busy or not. This was my last time here. I waited for more that 30 minutes. Finally ordered my food and asked them to put extra ketchup in the bag. They said they didn’t have any. I said ok. They also said they didn’t have any frozen drinks. Mind you it is only 1pm so I’m having a hard time seeing them run out by that time, they must have run out the day before. Anyway I pay for my food and leave. The fries were very stale and so was my burger in addition to them adding barely any sauce or lettuce to my burger! He only mentioned not having ketchup packets when I asked for extra, I did not realize this also meant the ketchup they used in their ingredients. Offered no other sauces. But I blame myself because I’m used to the bad service at this location I should not have wasted my time or money. Lesson learned.
The counter team member was friendly and helpful. The food was prepared while we waited therefore it was hot, and good. Thanks Burger King!Food: 5/5
I would like to take a moment to thank the director over this Burger King for making our Saturday very pleasant along side the general manager and the drive thru employees at this location! The food was fresh hot and they all went out of their way to make sure we left there very satisfied. Truly grateful for good quality old school service. Thank you all for everything!!!
So I just left. It was a dependable quick lunch spot. Today I ordered 3 cheese burgers. 2 with only ketchup and one regular with only 1 onion. Well, when I got in I had 2 cheeseburgers with only mayo and the regular one piled with onions. I'm always polite to food service workers. Don't wanna go back because I have 2 toddlers in the truck. Please put the other kind Hispanic ladies back in the drive thru.
They got my order wrong on very simple order - whopper only ketchup. Burger had more mayo than burger and still no ketchup. Service was also slowFood: 1/5
Carmen goes above & beyond to make sure my order is right, I pass several BKs coming to work, but Carmen’s pleasingly attitude & the kindness she gives, keeps me coming back to this one.Food: 5/5
Horrible... Ordered dinner for my wife and I tonight. Ordered two double whoppers with cheese meals, slight variations on the toppings, large fries, and two drinks. The ONLY thing they got right was the drinks, but not before I sat in line for way over 30 minutes. Received two SINGLE whoppers, with out cheese, only lettuce and pickles, and small fries. And no receipt.... Unfortunately I didn't discover this mess up until I got home. Can't belive I paid over $24 for this. Definitely making an online complaint..
