I had a fantastic experience at Burger King recently, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the exceptional staff. The team working there was not only efficient but also incredibly kind and polite. Kudos to the team at Burger King for setting a high standard for customer service. Keep up the excellent work!
The food was good, to be Burger King. The guy taking my order seemed to be having problems working the register. Didn't wait too long. And the drink machine in the lobby didn't work.Food: 4/5
Pleasantly surprised by the service and selection of food. The menu has changed, providing more options at a very reasonable price point. McDonald's is no longer the affordable option for our family of 8. The food was fresh and prepared quickly. The staff was friendly and our order was 100% correct. Something that unfortunately happens very rarely next door at their competitor's location. I would highly recommend this Burger King location.
“When Royals Converge - A Burger Kingdom Adventure" Picture it - a radiant tableau. There we stood, our heads adorned with the gilded crowns of the elusive and esteemed Burger King. Grinning like jesters at a royal banquet, we embraced the power of the flame-grilled. Among us, the reigning monarchs of the Whopper realm, burger scepters in hand, golden crowns wobbling precariously atop our gleeful heads. The crowns, a bit crinkly and emitting the faint aroma of French fry oil, were not just cardboard, they were symbols - tokens of our initiation into the Burger Kingdom. The fare? Ah, the fare! A symphony of tastes and textures, a pantheon of indulgent delights. Each bite, a testament to the glorious excess of flame-grilled craftsmanship. The burgers, the majesties of the meal, were resplendent in their juicy glory, the bun like a velvet cushion cradling the jewel of the kingdom - the patty. Then, the fries, those golden-hued slivers of crunch and fluff, a perfect sidekick to our royally delectable burgers. And the onion rings, those crunchy halos of flavor, proved to be the hidden gems of the Burger King's treasure trove. Our family portrait - part Norman Rockwell, part Monty Python, entirely Burger King - encapsulates the whimsical joy of our meal. Each smile stretched wider than a Double Whopper, every twinkle in our eyes brighter than the polished Burger King logo. This wasn't just a trip to a fast-food restaurant, this was a full-blown royal outing! As the sun set, our kingdom shrank back into a bustling fast-food restaurant, the crowns found their place on a dusty shelf, and the merriment faded into the soft whispers of the evening. We might have been just patrons, but in our hearts, we remained monarchs of the Burger Kingdom. Parking: Easy parking. Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible.
I don’t know who works night shifts i forgot to ask for her name but me and my mother experienced some hard core racism and I was astonished!! We were told the store was closed 20 min before closing. This is very unprofessional and whoever works the drive through window during night shift deserves to be fired!! Never have i been yelled at being the customer nor have I ever experienced someone being so racist.
I went for spicy chicken fries, the manager told me that they were discontinued. She said that Burger King always does this. They take away a popular item and then bring it back for more money. I recently found out that spicy chicken fries are indeed still available. I can’t believe someone in a management position would tell me this lie just to keep from having to cook chicken fries!
The employees are talking loud and rude about the customers or their fellow employees. The floor and tables and drink areas are disgusting. Food all over the floor and left on the tables. They don't call the numbers. They assume the person standing and waiting is the person who ordered the food. I don't recommend you come here, drive thru or inside. It's a waste of time and money. Management needs to step in raise pay for employees and clean the place up. Extremely disappointed in this visit.
Well first off the drive thru was only letting one car pass to pay and get the food at a time. Secondly, this was my 2nd time coming here and them serving bad meat. I vomitted both times coming to this exact location. No no no. I cannot eat at places that causes sickness.Food: 1/5
Always friendly and speed on most days is fast. Always order 6 double cheeseburgers and they’re always fresh and hot. New management had made changes and very nice place to eat. Parking: Lots of parking Kid-friendliness: Kids meals and have coloring for kids were they can get a free ice cream cone it’s nice on a Saturday to take kids there for lunch and free cone of ice cream.
Michelle is the nicest person I've ever been served by at a fast food place. She's extremely nice and took a genuine interest in my children. Give her a raise! Food was good too!Food: 4/5
