Closed early. Drive thru isn't supposed to close until 11pm but at 9:30 the employee told me they were closed. Drivers are out trying to find something to eat and these places are closing earlier than their posted time! Fix it pleaseService: 1/5
Ordered a simple whopper with no mayo. I had to return it three times because the burger had mayo. On the 4th return they basically took a towel and wiped the mayo off leaving residue. Explained this to the manager and I was told she watched them make it and it had no mayo, but it did. Crossing this Burger King off the listFood: 1/5
The girl with long dark hair at the drive thru and the gray haired middle aged woman who works the register did something to my Coke. I had originally ordered a medium coke. When I came up to the window, I asked the girl if I could change it to a large. She got a frustrated look, like I had ruined her day. Without replying, she dumped the medium coke that she was filling up into a large cup, but instead of continuing to fill it up, she walked it over to the gray haired lady who was at the register. I thought maybe the machine was out of coke and she couldn’t leave the drive thru so she asked the gray haired lady to fill the rest of it. It was odd but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. All I did was change the size of my soda, it was not a difficult request. It didn’t cross my mind that they would do something to my drink. But when I got soda and took a sip, it did not taste right at all. I immediately went inside, dumped the contents and filled it up with Coke at the self vending machine, and the Coke tasted the way it should, so they definitely did something to it. God knows what they put in it. Could I have ended up in the emergency room if I had drank the whole thing? Will I catch some sort of disease if they had spit in it? That drive thru girl and gray haired lady are unprofessional and should not be working in any food establishment. For your health and safety avoid this Burger King like the plague. I don't know if they just have problems hearing people order in the dining room or what but it was really hard to get them to understand what we were ordering. As I watched other customers I noticed the same thing with other customers.Food: 3/5
8 burgers ordered. 7 wrong. 6 bacon and cheese. 6 no bacon 4 no cheese 2 plain cheeseburgers only ketchup. 1 correct 1 loaded with pickles, mustard ect. Called # on receipt, heard "leave a message"?!? Are you even trying anymore BK?
I ordered a burger with cheese because I am allergic. The receipt even said no cheese. I got my order and there was cheese on my burger. I took it back and asked to have it remade with no cheese. It took 5 minutes, and the lady brought me a new burger and said, "Here I am giving you coupons for 2 free cheeseburgers and 2 free ice cream cones for the inconvenience." I opened my burger, and there was cheese on it again. I explained to her again that it was supposed to be no cheese because I am allergic. She got frustrated and asked what it was I wanted. Finally, after another 3 minutes, my burger came out, and it was finally correct.
This place is clean and neat, only issue I have with this place is that the customer service is just not there. Food is always hot and good when I receive it. I would suggest this restaurant work on their customer service skills. Just to be clear, there is no 2 for $10 deal at this restaurant even though it's on their menu, they got rid of this deal. Was not happy when I tried ordering this deal and was told it's no longer available. They need to remove this deal since they are not offering it anymore, it's false advertising.
Excellent service and food prepared correctly and quickly. The beverage station wasn't sparkling but it was clean. I didn't visit the restroom. Dining area lacks privacy but it was clean.
I'm not sure why it's so hard to get a simple order of 2 burgers to go done correctly. We asked not to have the "stacker sauce," and they charged us .20 cents to NOT put it on. That makes no sense at all!
