Always friendly service and food made as we like to order. This BK has always been great! The last time we were there, I noticed how carefully they put together the sandwiches, and see that other reviewers make mention as well. This is not something you experience everywhere. Keep up the great work! For negative reviewers, small inconveniences are part of life. You can't say that every meal you've made came out perfect, or that you tell yourself to hurry up if you're cooking too slow. If your order is wrong, kindly let them get it right for you!
This place always has hot and fresh food every time I go! I see a lot of complaints for this place though on the reviews. I mostly go at night. Must be the better crew at night because I have never have got bad food here once. I have been coming to this particular Burger King for many years! Keep up the good work guys! Food: 5/5

I have a hard time giving a fast food restaurant more than 4 stars since it’s…. Well… fast food. I’m legitimately impressed with this place though. I can’t tell you the last time I got a burger that looks even remotely close to this. Well done
The bathroom did not have any TP or paper towels. When I asked about it I was told that he will get to it. I needed it then not later. Bad customer service.Food: 5/5
Great food, fast service and fresh food. The staffs are very friendly. Every order is made perfectly. They are very fast in making orders. Really appreciate their customer service and awesome burger, fries and chicken burger. Every single time I buy a meal it tastes better than what I can remember. You will not regret ordering from here, I will comeback for sure and will recommend my friends to check it out and try the whole menu. Keep up the great work that you guys do. 5 stars all the way.
Horrible customer services, the manager that’s in today 11/12/2022. Only gave me one of my meals and I order 2 meals but charged $31.68. She made me wait outside for 15 minutes just to get my order wrong. I realized when I got home which I live 15 minutes away. The manager just hanged up on me when I called at 2:30pm, she didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Very rude lady, I had to make a dispute to my bank so I can get my money back, which thankfully I got back. I just can’t believe the awful service at this place.
Went to order a to-go order. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes after ordering, all the customers afterme have gotten their food and left, then the manager informs me that they are cooking the chicken for me order, my order wasn't ready for 10 more minutes after that. So my cheeseburger was sitting on a warmer for 20 minutes before my order was complete.
After waiting 5 minutes at the window after paying. I was served 4 COLD Whoopers they were so COLD the cheese was not melted and the meat was dry and hard. I called to let them to let them know of the problem and someone picks up the phone and hangs it back up. They do not want to hear the complaints!!! I will avoid this store for a LONG time if I ever go back they owe me $15.00 and my time!!! Plus they even got the order WRONG to boot... Google can I give a zero star rating?
We normally don't eat at BK, but wanted to try the new Chicken sandwich. I bought 2 "Deluxe" sandwiches. 1 had only pickles and 1 had pickles and tomatoes. No lettuce on either and barely any mayo. Besides the fact they were barely warm at all and the batter was very hard and the Chicken dry. Probably from sitting too long. Now I remember WHY we don't eat at BK!
