Best Burger King ever! Hands down clean, friendly, fast service. Thank you to the employees and managers for making this location great. I would definitely visit again
It's summer time and wanted some ice cream on a hot day. Went through the drive through and was rudely told they weren't doing ice cream now. Well when do you do it? Is ice cream only on the menu at certain times of the day? At least at McDonald's if you can't get ice cream it's because there machine is broken. Will never go back there again.
It’s a shame that a company policy has caused a lower rating for a review. I enjoy Burger King and it’s food for the most part. One star was taken away due to the excess fluid that comes off the sandwich’s lately makes a mess when I eat them and the fact that when I get a French fry with a black spot in it. Just throw that French fry out instead of giving it to a customer. The loss of another star comes from the hoarding of sauces. I like to dip my fries in their honey mustard, so good!, so when I get fries I ask for honey mustard. When I get just get one packet for a large fry that doesn’t work. I’m told “I can only give you one” is just ridiculous. I’m sure that if I wanted more I would be charged for for them which again is ridiculous and yes I know other places do it too. But you don’t even get ketchup unless you request that. When I go to other places like Arby’s, Wendy’s, Taco Bell etc they don’t skimp. I’m not asking for a bag of sauce, I just think the organization needs to tho k about the message that puts out to the public. Overall I’ll go back for food again.
Food is always fresh and hot. Good spot to go to if you're in a rush. They normally have food out within 5 min. of ordering. Staff is super friendly!Food: 5/5
I normally go through the drive thru, but today I dined in. The lady who took my order was in a very bad mood and took it out on me. I said the $5 duo jr When she handed me two drinks I was very confused so I checked my receipt and she had put me down for a combo. When I voiced my concern she snapped at me saying everything on the menu is $5 and she walked away. Maybe give her a snack and a break? Other than that I've always had a good experience here. She seems stressed. Ps.. I didn't have my teeth in so it might have been hard to hear me, but that doesn't give her the right to yell at me.
I ordered 2 kids' meals, but when I got to the window, they only gave me 1 kids' meal. I informed the staff member at the window about the mistake, and she gave me an extra juice and charged me for what I thought was the 2nd kids' meal. When I got my order, there was still no second kids' meal. Then I overheard the manager yelling from the back, "no add-ons at the window." Then another manager came to the window to tell me I can't add at the window, to whom I informed that I was not adding at the window; the girl made the same mistake twice, and I just wanted them to correct it. The manager's response was, "What do you want me to do? He said no."
I went to get breakfast this morning and I made 2 separate orders. Went through the drive through and the lady KATHY handed me the first order. I continue to tell her that I had another order and this woman was the rudest unprofessional woman I have ever encountered at any fast food or restaurant. As I am a manager at a restaurant I know the right and wrong ways in handling those type of situations.

This is literally the dream team for fast food service. I’ve never been treated better at any restaurant. The lady checked on me at my seat to make sure I enjoyed my food, and the assistant manager pictured here literally described the different food tastes thoroughly and guided my decision. The back of house staff was happily talking and genuinely enjoying their jobs. Just wow.
Very clean tables, quick service and correct orders. They really hooked up the ice cream cones for us! Lovely staff!Food: 5/5
