It was late. Just did the drive thru. They were about the only place open and we were grateful. Food was hot and fresh. Service was good.Food: 4/5
Worse burger I've had. Cold and hard. Fries were also old. Sat for too long. I don't live here. But stay in cottage grove at least twice a year if not more. Will never use again
Burger King motto have it your way what happened to that? Well at this location your not allowed to substitute fries for onion rings just because your using a coupon. Keep in mind all the burger kings I have been to have no problems substituting the fries for onion rings they have a food cost problem here that’s why my whopper junior looked like a welfare burger
Burger King should probably update their hours. We literally wasted time and gas, because you advertised that you're open until midnight. Would not recommend.

@burgerking completely forgot to put sauce that I asked with my order. I tried going in to lobby for sauce but it was locked, ended up having to get in line during 12 am rush again for my forgotten sauce. When I reached the window and explained what happened, they returned with 2 sauces. I asked if I could have more and was told I would have to pay. First time a fast food place messed up and I have to pay to fix it. They said they could only give one sauce per item but I had chicken fries, 2 orders of chicken nuggets, a fish and a chicken sandwich that I also use ranch for. So receiving 2 sauces made absolutely no sense ruined my morning, and this isn't the first time they forget stuff in my order. Officially done with cottage Grove burger King, Monday 12 am shift you suck here is a picture of all the food , apparently 2 sauces will be enough for it.
Took my order AND payment online, and less than 10 minutes later, as I sat in the drive thru waiting to be acknowledged, shut off all the lights and closed up shop. Confused about what was going on, since it was an hour before closing time, and they had just verified the order and took my money less than 10 minutes prior to me pulling up, I pulled around to the drive up window, only to have the clearly irritated by my presents employee holler through the closed window that they were closed. I hollered back that, although confused I understood they were now closed, and I just needed to know what I should do about the order and payment taken and not fulfilled, only to be rudely ignored. I don't know what this was all about since past visits to this same location, same times, same days, even same associate at the window have been favorable, but after this last night, I'll just take comfort in knowing it doesn't really matter anyway since they'll never see my business again.
I'm very unhappy with the service I just got at this store. Both the worker and manager were so rude and nasty to us in the drive thru. I would like to speak to a manager that is outside the store or owner of this franchise. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a BK. I was employed by BK when I was a teenager and the way we were treated would have gotten any one of the employees fired. It was so wrong of them.
Would rate 0 if possible. If you like terrible customer service, go here!! They charged me for 3 extra fries & a coke never said anything about a coke - we ordered a sprite.. The manager approached me with an attitude worst than she was looking. Overall terrible experience would NEVER recommend.
