I requested everything hot from the grill & frier to avoid issue they gave me the same sandwiches that were already pre made nothing was hot everything was warm & mozz were saggy, so I went to ask them to make it over plus they put too much Mayo in my sandwiches so I was requesting no Mayo at all To avoid sandwich from becoming to wet with Mayo. Whom ever was work responding with a very rude tone stating they made everything “very fresh” when I’ve been to several Burger kings in the area & asked for the same thing & it was definitely hotter & fresher, So I knew that to not be true. I spent $22.25 on two meals I could of went to a burger shop & got better quality food & service for this price. I really use to love Burger King but now I will no longer be coming this location.
I normally avoid this Burger King because the service is always bad and they always mess my food up. The new manager they have is AMAZING!! He repeated everything back to me, asked about adding additional things I didn't think of, and my order was perfect. I wish I would've taken the time to get his name. Definitely a huge improvement from the past.
Pulled up to the ordering menu board and was quickly told “Be with you in a second”. Seven minutes pass, cars piling up behind me. I say “Hello”…nothing. I say “Hello” again…nothing. I wait two more minutes then say “Is this thing working?” Again, there is no response from the speaker. Cars start honking, so I drive around to the pickup window no cars were in front of me and put my car in park, waiting for someone to come to the window. I look in and can see two workers, at a distance, talking by the front counter. They ignored my being at the window. After about a minute I was fed up and drove away. Terrible experience. Won’t go back to this location again!
If you are getting the new $6 your way deal. Make sure you check your order before leaving. I ordered 3 of them just now. Left confident everything was in the bag. 2 orders of chicken nuggets were missing. I know McDonalds always messes up. Thought BK would be different. CHECK YOUR ORDERS. Especially while at the drive thru.
Food is mostly warm,cold,or the patties are so dry you can make boots from them. Never is your order correct. Service is so slow as well. A horrible burger king. Today was just a whole different level I threw it all out none of it was close to being edible. So I just went to McDonald'sFood: 1/5
The manger came outside and starting yelling at us because we asked for time to review the menu before we order. To add on when we received the food it was cold not even a ounce of heat,so unpleasant and unprofessional

Asked for Sprite - “We Out” Asked for sweet tea - “We Out of that” Asked if the Icee machine work - “Nah it don’t” The FRIES weren’t salted The BURGER that they supposed to be the “Kings” of … was MUSHED THE DRINK THAT THEY ONLY HAD… WHICH IS COKE….. WAS WATERED DOWN
What can I say about the bking! This location was exceptionally clean and food was really good, they have some great special like 2 entrees for 6$, I took my 2 kids and ordered smart and everyone including me were very full for 22$ including desert! I would go again!Food: 4/5
The burger only gd during the day shift the food is on point an the manager is professional an very hands on but when it comes to the night shift an that manager it's becomes horrible they sale u old food in all cold food my nephew ate food an spit it all up 10 minutes later smh it's really bad Vegetarian options: Need more options
It's not a good look for the person at the drive thru using their phone while they have your debit or credit card in their hand the Manger needs to move around to make sure his people are doing their jobs , this burger King should be shut down they don't care about the customersFood: 2/5
