Burger King

Very slow order time. Very long wait but good was right and tasted good. Another problem was the landscaping there were plants obstructing my vision of the menu through the drive through. I waited atleast 7 minutes when I had no one Infront of my by the speaker system. Overall still a pretty good experienceRecommended dishesWhopper, Onion Rings

This place needs shut down. Horrible customer server. I went there last night ordered a 2 for 7$ big king with no pickles.... i drove all the way home abd what i recieved was a plain whopper with nothing but ketchup mustard abd pickle.... complete different sandwich. I called multiple times and no1 would answer so i waited until today and when i called i was told they wouldnt replace my order other than the partial sandwich that remained today and i am supposed to dig it out of the trash for them. I live 20 mins away the commute alone is almost an hour and a half.

Fast, friendly service. Burger King is always better than McDonald's. Their burgers are tastier and bigger. It's the best.Food: 5/5

I love burger King over McDonald's any day but it seems everyone is short staffed and my impossible whopper was hard as a rock. My original chicken sandwich was super fresh and amazing though. Yes I had both for dinner! Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper

I'm allergic to onion. I asked for no onion. I got onion. I had to take off the onion. Now my hand smells like onion. I don't like it. Going forward, can we please actually listen to what the customer asks for, and maybe even accommodate their choices? Is that too much to ask?

The service by the employees at this particular Burger King our hands down the best Burger King employees in all of Lorain County they are a great team with a great atmosphere and they get your order right every single time great job night shift crew at Burger King...Food: 4/5

Horrendous service DO NOT ORDER. I ordered food on DoorDash, they cancelled after 1 hour of me waiting! I had my phone by me they didn’t bother to call or notify me to substitute something simple I ordered! Horrible service I was starving and the employees could care less about customer service. I will be calling corporate and better business bureau. This is the 3rd time they did this.

The Lorain road BK was a great experience after putting our order in at Fairless drive.and getting charged and not getting our food and being told that they were closed, Lorain road was very friendly and helpful.

This is the slowest BK I've ever been to. Doesn't matter if you're in back of line or only car in line. Plan to sit for 10+ minutes.

Who can deny a delicious whopper with cheese, warm fries, and an ice cold beverage? Not I. I would eat BK everyday if I could!Food: 3/5
