Ordered food online via BK App at 10:45 PM. Got there at 10:50 PM to pick up my food. No one answered at the drive thru speaker. Then the light went off. I pulled around and had to knock on the window to get the attention of the staff. They were all in there but no one came to the window. Finally a manager came over. He said they were “closed” and could not fulfill my order. I showed him that I had ordered at 10:45 PM. The corporate website says the location is open until 11:00 PM and the app took the order 15 minutes prior to closing. If you want to close early, then change your hours too. Will not come back.
We ordered two Texas double whoppers and asked for the burgers to be with no bacon/pork. However when we got the sandwiches they had bacon in them so we told the cashier about it. They actually apologized for the mistake and were kind enough to make us new sandwiches instead of the old ones. Mistakes happen, that’s normal, and they dealt with it very professionally and were very polite about it. Highly recommend this BK.
Got the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches and found it filling. The drive through service went quickly and customer service was good. What I found interesting was that they told me they were serving breakfast AND lunch when I went there, which I found fascinating as it was 7 in the morning. If you're craving a chicken sandwich and fries at 7 in the morning, this may be one of the few places in the area to get it.
Coffee is insanely sweet and the breakfast sandwiches are greasy though fairly filling. If you're in a bind and don't have better options available e.g., McDonalds then this will do, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat this.
Evening service is fast and friendly. Quieted down since they raised prices, IMHO. Prices have gone up substantially since last review, $1.69was $1.39? for a cheeseburger, $2.49was $1.89? for a double CB, $1.99 for 8pc chic nugwas $1 for 10? No longer an economical choice, I had to get half of my usual order. Drive thru can get very busy, dinning room is usually nearly empty whenever I go inside, though the TVs are always on. Restroom is clean
I order the 2for 12 them burgers I almost like the big Mac but a hundred times better it's called the big kingFood: 5/5
We went through the drive thru. There was one car ahead of us. As with a lot of the food establishments the food has gotten smaller.Food: 4/5
This is one of the best Burger Kings I’ve been! Nice and friendly staffs! Store is always clean. Service always good. Highly recommend!
This is THE Burger King. Since I was born this place has remained truthful as the one true Burger King location. As a young man with friends who all get fast food often we have been to many Burger Kings many times, but this one stands at the top. The management has been there as long as I can remember and the run it like a well oiled machine. No Burger King I have ever been to has a comparable satisfaction rate. BK on the Deane>Bk on the Pike. They may not understand it but this Burger King has had a significant impact on our lives.
this BK is the GOAT. The manager helped me when I was stranded in a time of need
