The service is incredibly slow and they don’t care if you complain. The manager is ran over by the staff, she’s running around like crazy and they’re looking lost and confused. I couldn’t go here for lunch bc it takes 25 minutes to get the order. Unfortunately this is not an exaggeration. The burgers could also be warmer.
Friendly people but very very slow! Also can't respect a place that closes down their dining hall. Just lazy! Also looks getto in here...
Destiny waited on us Wednesday night 9/21/22 on our way home from an outing. She is a gem! Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! She answered our questions lots gave us superb service. Peter was also helpful!
If I could give no stars I would. The slowest drive thru service ever. It took over ten minutes to pay and receive three french toast sticks. There was one car ahead of me.Service: 1/5
Didn't get what I ordered the bacon was so thin you could hardly see it and the patty was cold. Had not been there for years not sure of I will go back.
I always come to this BK. The food is delicious and hot. The person Reshmi and the other workers are just wonderful. The smile greet with a great feeling. Even if it's a fast food doesn't feel like it. GRADE A+ 100percent. Thanks BK
Didn't get a receipt, minimum interaction with the customers. And got my order wrong, when I told them, I didn't get an apology just an "ok. Here"
Slow service. I ordered food ahead of time online for pick up. Arrived at the time they said food would be ready. I was in Lyft, which had to wait 10 minutes. I had to pay extra & They didn't have all items odered..
I was picking up a mobile order in restaurant and waited for two drive through orders before i was acknowledged. After they processed another order, I was finally attended to. Showed the mobile order and watched as another six drive through orders were processed beforethey began making my orders. This one was pretty bad.
I legit normally hate this Burger King, I mean literally despise going here. However, tonight the service was amazing the gentleman with the tattoos was so incredibly polite and careful with my order. I just felt like I should give him a shot out.
