BURGERFI

About

BurgerFi was founded in 2011 by gourmet chefs committed to serving only the top 1% of best-tasting certified, American Black Angus beef.

Description

Your local BURGERFI isn’t some industrialized fast food giant. They were started in a gourmet kitchen, by gourmet Chefs. Not knowing fast food, the back of the house is built to be less burger joint, more five-star restaurant. When they needed a sauce, the Chefs didn’t call a food supplier. They started chopping. Mixing. Cooking. Making better choices.

BURGERFI is better to people: serving only the finest natural, certified angus burgers, dogs, hand-cut fries, frozen custard and more. They’re better to the environment: each location is built to environmentally sustainable best practices and includes earth-friendly elements. And, they’re better to animals: sourcing from one of the best ranches in the country. Where cattle roam free. Breathe mountain air. Eat grass and are treated humanely. BURGERFI never waivers from this high standard. This doesn't come easy. Certainly not cheap. Truth is there are simpler ways to put a burger on a bun. But, they're not better.

"BurgerFi is committed to providing the best burger experience. That’s why we serve chef-created, fresh food in an eco-friendly environment. We use 100% natural American Angus beef with no steroids, antibiotics, or growth hormones. We also serve premium Wagyu beef, cage-free chicken, award-winning VegeFi Burger, Beyond Meat Burger and more. Don’t forget to try our made-to-order sides, like fresh-cut fries and double beer-battered onion rings or our delicious frozen custard desserts."

It was a pretty good burger. I don’t see what all the hype was about. The atmosphere is very nice and the shakes/custards looked good but I didn’t try them. Also I’d recommend 5 guys over this joint and it’s just down the road.
We have been to this BurgerFi several times and enjoyed each and every time. The staff are very friendly. Today the place could have been a little cleaner. Our table and others were not wiped down. Not typical but wanted to point it out. The meals are made to order. My wife likes the veggie burger and fries. I tried the chicken and avocado sandwich which was very tasty. The fries are outstanding. We highly recommend dining at BurgerFi.
My first time going here, I ordered the Waygu Burger, it was a little salty and a little expensive for the amount and the restaurant was very much out the way but I like new experiences it was not bad, it was not overpriced food but it was definitely over seasoned in various categories the cajun fries were very over-seasoned, the burgers were a little extra salty everything was good overall it was just too much of a good thing and you know how that saying goes ... all in all my brother was with me and he ordered chicken tenders, a three piece to be exact, and it was good and juicy properly flavored I think if I go back that's what I order next. we also plan to go back for the ice cream and other desserts.
This was our 2nd visit to BurgerFi. For starters, it is a bit on pricy side. The food is delicious and IMO worth the extra couple of bucks. The portions on the sides are on the big side. The fries we got were one order large. As u can see in the picture it was a lot...and they even offer a larger size. The onion rings...superb! Our order was a regular but they off a larger size too. The burgers were delish. Time to wait not too long, but it's all cooked fresh. Nice thing is they give you a pager to let u kno when it's ready. The staff was very helpful esp trying to navigate thier menu. And their two soda machines had issues but it was an easy work around. So..worth the trip even though you'll spend a little extra. Oh yeah...my son says the milk shakes were to die for.
BurgerFi did me DIRTY. I ordered two VeggieFi Burgers and two Cry & Fries with cajun seasoning. Absolute worst onion rings I've ever had! Usually the onion rings here are light, crispy, and delicious but these were thick, soggy, and doughy. More like doughnuts than onion rings, and to top it off they weren't even fully cooked leaving the dough in the middle raw and completely inedible! I payed extra for cajun seasoning and got plain soggy fries. Instead of a VeggieFi Burger I got a regular beef burger, which has actually happened to me multiple times here. I understand that mistakes happen but I don't take kindly to a clear lack of consideration for my dietary preferences. I've ordered many Impossible Whoppers from Burger King and they've never mixed it up once, never mind twice. So long story short I paid $32.71 plus a few dollars for a tip for plain soggy fries, raw doughy onion rings, and a burger that I couldn't eat. Doesn't add up...
In the past, I have said BurgerFi is the best burger I've ever had, and unfortunately that is now a lie. This location at the very least had not wiped down their tables, the bathroom was gross and the food was burnt. I wish I had not spent nearly 90 dollars here because of nostalgia. Cashier was friendly, but they need to learn how to cook like the folks at the Leesburg VA location did when I decided this was my favorite chain.
What could have been a good dining experience at Burgerfi ended up a hot mess. I ordered the VegeFi on the grass and I got it with the multigrain bun, I got it swapped out and got the right one which I mentioned something because it's an upcharge to get it with a lettuce bun. Then my daughter got the junior bacon Cheeseburger and got one instead with jalapeños and a spicy sauce a surprise for my daughter's burning mouth, I mentioned to the lady again and she apologized and got a new one made and refunded the sandwich. Sigh. Kinda a disappointment. I mean we enjoyed the sandwiches but just inconvenient and they are pricey. They are short staff but still kinda a let down because we were looking forward to coming.
We first tried out this place in Orlando..we loved it..found out there this is in Connecticut..definitely worth the 68 mile drive!!! The staff is wicked friendly and welcoming.
Very disappointing meals. We've been to this location before and enjoyed the food. This time we brought some friends. My bacon burger and my wife's Vegifi burger were both burnt to charcoal on the outside of the patties. The onion rings were burnt, too. One soda machine had no ice, the other was out of most flavors. Our friends' food was also badly overcooked and dry. Cannot recommend anymore.
This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I know this is a lock down. And I try to cut some slack. But I called in my order at 6:55 and was told specifically 12 minutes. So in I walk at 11 minutes. Still working on it. Ok. 30 minutes after placing my order I get my food. The girl at the counter was not friendly in any way. So of I go. The fries were perfect. If you like the fries at a fair you will love these. I also got the CEO burger. Burger was ok, a little dry. Bun was soft and fresh. The tomato bacon jam was outstanding. The vanilla custard was decent. Good food, lacking service or front end personality. Also, please keep your masks covering your mouth AND nose. On a scale of 0-10 I would rate this 6.8, based on fries and jam. Otherwise lower.
