Very good fast food Restraunt, they offer beyond meat as a substitute to beef burgers. I personally preferred the Big blue bacon cheeseburger. The place has an old fashioned feel and plenty of seating! There is outdoor seating and a drive thru. Burgerville has significantly better than McDonald's wendys burger King, etc. Best fast-food place for burgers in the area! Vegetarian options: Beyond beef patties available! Kid-friendliness: Similar to McDonald's but way better food! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
I work for this company for almost 5 years and it has gone downhill more and more every year. Today we went to try to get some stuff with fresh strawberries. Apparently the short cake for the strawberry shortcake was the same as last year which was disgusting by the way. It's not sweet at all and they used to be freshly handmade not frozen. So I told my boyfriend to just get me a strawberry shake but ask for the fresh strawberries. They lied and said they put fresh strawberries in there but I'm no fool because I work there like I said and they were frozen hard berries. The fresh strawberries are not frozen. My spouse asked for bacon on both of our sandwiches and only mine got bacon on it and he was charged for it. I know a lot of people that still work there and they should know these things by now and should be training the order takers and Cooks appropriately. I understand mistakes happen but this is every time we go... Unless I make it clear and complain at the window about my previous experience and check everything before I go. Please get it together as we pay a lot of money for this food. Thank you
Overall, the quality of food is superior to that of other burger joints i.e. McDonald’s, Burger King, etc. The burgers themselves are juicy and have good flavor, the fries are also tasty. The milkshakes are generally amazing, especially their seasonal ones. The staff here was friendly and efficient. The downside is that the prices are a bit higher. Also, the wait times are a little longer. However, the quality of food you get makes up for the increase in price and time.
Newberg Staff very nice people. They work hard to make sure you get well prepared food and I must complement them on their spotless restaurant, including the men’s bathroom. I only wish the pieces of fish were a little bigger.Food: 5/5
I was visiting from out-of-state and my mother-in-law took my wife and I here for a quick late bite. Much to my surprise, they had some awesome gluten-free options which included a tasty homemade bun as well as deep fried asparagus. I was super excited and everything was super tasty. 1st time visiting and was expecting a good fish sandwich and the filet was so thin and crispy that I had to remove the bun to even see the filet. Certainly not worth the money but service was friendly and attentive.Food: 3/5
The food was delicious, and brought to the table hot and fresh. This was my first time there, but I will definitely be back!! The marionberry shake was outstanding too!Food: 5/5
The Walla Walla BBQ cheeseburger was literally life-changing. It melted in my mouth. I've never before had a burger melt in my mouth. Yeah it's that good, but you better get it quick since it's a time limited offer. Of course for my family of six the cost was over $90. Dietary restrictions: You can get gluten-free options.
I just feel at a price point of over $20 for a cheeseburger meal it's just weird to be asked for a tip. I like tipping I like helping and I like rewarding someone that's doing a good job sometimes I won't go out to eat if I don't have money to tip good just in case a server does a phenomenal job I'm going to want to give them a good tip but to go through a drive-thru I was confused I haven't been to this burgerville I guess any burgerville in a while and the guy at the counter handed me the card machine and I was like oh you just run it credit and he said no it's for your tip and I just it's a weird feeling I understand times are hard and everybody's struggling to make ends meet but. The forced tipping thing or suggested tipping and everywhere is getting out of hand the foods all right I did go specifically for onion rings but I guess they're not in season the guy at the window was very friendly though when they take away the in your face tipping my review will change.
37 dollars for a cheese burger, a #6 burger, French fries, and a strawberry shortcake. Have not been to burgerville in years. They got our order wrong, fixed it but it took a while. Not a lot of food for the priceFood: 4/5
