Quality is definitely not five guys or shake shack, but the prices are almost the same… They charge you for a cup of water as well… no meals just a la cart, which is more expensive… I guess the management live in a alternative reality where they are serving good quality burgers etc’… the empty place shows otherwise…
I waited 35 minutes total through the drive through, I get sometimes it can be busy but this was excessive. The vampire slayer burger that was made was great, super delicious. The other two burgers being 2 northwest cheese burgers were made poorly. One of them was undercooked and the other one fell apart, I asked politely for 2 sauces and only got one. The other food and drinks we ordered along with this was pretty good. We didn’t even get any napkins! Thought the whole experience was mediocre and definitely not worth the wait. I honestly feel like it would have been faster going inside and ordering. I have been to other locations and never had an issue.
I went through the drive through, was kind of slow service for fast food. Service was good other than the wait. Food was good for fast food, fries were fresh and hot. I don't normally eat burgers at fast food, but it was good.Food: 5/5
Had to wait 45 minutes just to get an order of fried green beans. Apparently the breakfast is completely gone now despite it being the best fast food breakfast anywhere. This place has always had bad service but it's gotten to a point where you can make dinner at home in less time. Don't come if you don't have at least an hour to kill
I stopped in to get a pumpkin milkshake and a cheese burger. The drive through was way backed up, so I went inside 1 personin line. My burger took about 10 minutes to get. Not horrible with the amount of traffic in the drive though. The kid that brought out my burger said they were working on my shake. 10 minutes go by with several other shakes being made and still no shake. I was done eating and ready to leave when it finally showed up. It ended up being NASTY. It wasn't hardly mixed. The top half was just ice cream and the bottom had a swirl of tan liquid mixed in witch tasted horrible.
Cashier didn't give us the correct change but did eventually get it figured out. Kids order was great. They gave us the wrong order for the rest of it. Check your bag before you drive off! They did give us the right order when we went inside. Kid-friendliness: They can make a plane hamburger.
The food is good with great tasting burgers, but the prices are pretty high and I don't like I have to select a tip or no tip before I pay. I'd rather have the option to leave a tip and pay instead of being forced to tip or decline it.
Decent quality, fairly fast food with higher prices. Their seasonal menu items are quite good. They don't quit have the same atmosphere they used to have jukebox, etc..Food: 4/5
Ordered a bacon cheese burger with NO mayo. After TIPPING I Got a regular cheese burger with mayo. Can someone give me a job description of a counter person? Didn't want to wait for a remake. Got a refund. Won't be back.
This place is SLOW and they shunt people to the drive through even during business hours on the door says the dinning room is open. they tell people the dining room is closed then the drive through is around the whole parking lot and building. It's wild, they're so inefficient with orders it takes 45 minutes from when you order to receiving food, even though there's 7-10 people milling about behind the counter.
