A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US,
THE BURICH FAMILY AND OUR BREAD
We were married in 1994 and thus began a journey of lots of learning. We didn’t know much about raising a family, and that included how to feed one. Thankfully, God put lots of friends in our path that were able to help us along the way. The more we learned about food, the more we realized that the best way to eat it was the way God made it, natural whole foods with as little intervention as possible from man.
Thus we began our search for bread, healthy, natural, whole grain bread, with no additives or preservatives. We also wanted the bread to be prepared in the proper way so that our bodies would be able to reap the benefits of all those healthy ingredients that we demanded. We found nothing. So, that left us with one choice, make it ourselves. Now we had to learn how to make bread, truly a science of its own.
After lots of work and lots of breads we have what we were looking for. And we want to make it available to you.
We put a lot of time and effort into making the healthiest breads that we can. We purchase the highest quality and the healthiest products that we can find to use in all of our breads. We also do our best to prepare our breads in a way that will maximize the nutritional content of our breads.
The best part is that all this work to make healthy bread makes really great tasting bread.
