Burke Orthodontics -Braces and Invisalign

I took my children for an evaluation and I was not allowed to see Dr Burke myself. Matt, “treatment coordinator/business optimization” AKA pushy salesman was frustrated with all of my questions and a bit rude when trying to reach and talk to my dental insurance carrier. I offered to help as I knew the number. When we reached the carrier he was rude to the representative”. If my child needed braces one month less than Matt said he would need them it made a pretty large difference in the overall price. I asked to speak with the orthodontist and he refused to let us. He said he was very busy yet he “supposedly” went out several times to “talk to him” and came back with what felt like nothing. It would have taken much less time for everyone had I been able to ask my question directly to the orthodontist. After all, I was led to think my consultation was with the actual care provider. I felt like I was dealing with a car salesman that had to meet his monthly quota THAT DAY. Maybe new “start of cares” are commissioned based. I don’t know. I wanted to see if we could meet the lesser plan timeline and IF we needed to go longer, I would pay the difference. I was told no. I asked if I agreed to his plan and my child ended up not needing the full time, would My payment plan be reduced to the shorter treatment time cost and Matt answered with a resounding “no ma’am!”. It was all waivering on a one month difference for about $500-$800 difference. We left and haven’t been back. We would like to consult with Dr Burke for at least 5 minutes if we are about to drop a significant amount of money on 4 children. I also like the proximity of the office to our home, schools and church.

Excellent orthodontics practice! Dr. Burke has helped my kids and me with all of our orthodontic needs. His staff is incredibly kind and besides being a great orthodontist, Dr. Burke has a fantastic sense of humor, always entertaining his patients! I couldn't recommend them more!

Dr. Burke is absolutely wonderful!!! His staff is always there to help and are so fun to talk to! Everyone at Burke orthodontics is fun and inviting and I'm so thankful I found this place from the beginning of my braces experience. I got my braces off about 2 years ago and I still come back just to say hi to these wonderful people along with any minor problems I may have. I have been so impressed with Dr. Burke and his entire office staff. The Centerville location is beautiful, clean, affordable and friendly. Dr. Burke is professional, funny, friendly and caring. We even received a phone call from Dr. Burke in the evening on the day my daughter had an expander installed. Super nice touch to check in. Dr. Burke is very knowledgeable and an awesome person! My son went to his office for 8 years and his personality is fun for kids and the entire experience was amazing. I would recommend him to anyone needing orthodontic care. His staff is friendly and wonderful too! BEST orthodontist EVER!!!

Burke had me and my daughter in braces. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Burke and his staff. He has a great approach with the kids, especially ones apprehensive or nervous about dental procedures. He is ALWAYS fun and positive which really makes a difference! Dr. Burke is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Highly professional service, clean and accommodating environment. Staff are very pleasant. At first I wasn't a fan of the lack of privacy The patient chairs are in 2 large rooms. But I got used to it quickly and rather enjoy the environment now.

When I became a patient of Dr. Burke, I was a general dentist new in town who had no professional connections. The offices are clean. The equipment is clean. Everything is organized. Dr. Burke has a system in place that ensures that your appointment time is honored, and you can get the high quality treatment that he delivers in a timely fashion! He even has super early appointments available for early risers. He really does do what he can to make your scheduling an appointment easy and convenient! 2. Dr. Burke's staff is very competent and exhibit a high degree of professionalism and friendliness! This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT when it comes to your having a great experience on your orthodontic journey, which typically is a little longer than the routine general dentistry path. You want to be sure that you have knowledgeable, happy folks working to care for you. Rest assured that Dr. Burke has AMAZING employees! 3. DR. BURKE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He has an awesome way of putting you at ease, listening to your concerns, getting to the solution which is having a great smile and optimal teeth function, all while doing these things in a fun manner! He has such a great attitude, and from the moment you meet him, you'll KNOW that he is passionate about what he does, and HE TRULY CARES that you have the dental outcome you desire! I am SO PLEASED with my A+ results, and I recommend ALL of my patients to him for orthodontic treatment! He is truly a gem of an orthodontist in the Dayton area!

My son had a retainer from Dr Burke. He and his staff are incredible. We found them to be very attentive. They have plenty of people working there, so appointments are easy to get. They keep a very clean and tidy shop.

Years ago [too many to make public online! :- ], I was a patient of Dr. Burke. To be bluntly honest, he made having braces an enjoyable experience! We all go through that awkward time: bad hair, questionable clothing choices and the cherry on top- braces. But with every visit, I did not feel awkward; I felt understood. I am so glad that I was able to go through my braces experience with a professional like Dr. Burke. My smile thanks him every day!
