A very large and satisfying clothes selection, but also has lots of novel home decor and useful items that are unique to most general stores. Only complaint is that some selections just seem a bit small. It could be due to the store still being somewhat new and still experimenting with stock to see what henderson wants more or less of though. Staff are professional and I have never seen a section messy or dirty.

Was able to find what we were shopping for. The fitting room area was clean. The store was a bit warm so it was a tad uncomfortable. The checkout experience was quick.

Haven't spent a lot of time here but if one simply needs quality name brand clothing at a dirt cheep price they run wali-world a Mary race

Customer service was horrible. Very rude the lady that checked us out. Very miss treated. Will never return to this store. They need to check their employees. I really want to contact the corporate office

I really love this store Yes I am an employee but I enjoy working for this company. Both managers and supervisors are really nice. Am Just going to throw out some things that people’s. seem to be confused about. For example we do not control the merchandise in our store. and if you come at the end of the weekend good chance we already sold out of a lot of stuff. Ask an associate. When the next truck is coming. come and visit us the next day. We never know what things we get on the truck it’s always exciting to open up a box. And I do agree that the associate should not make people select nine. We asked you to select nine. We do ask this because It keeps up with a score on associates in the store,. Same goes with phone numbers and The survey question we donate to charity when the question is answer.. I am one of those that give you the option to choose 0-9 I like to let you know that nine is.good but X doesn’t help. And the most confused things people think we’re following you but that’s not the case. We don’t want to look like Walmart so we go around the store and pick it up there’s always associate that has the job for the day we call recovery we clean out the dressing rooms as soon as you leave so it’s not clutter. we go around the store, picking out clothes off the floor putting things where they belong we are not following you. I promise. We don’t need to follow anybody we have great security behind the cameras and they will leave announcement if they catch anything suspicious. and throwing this out there what most people get mad at me for is like I have control over the cash register we do not control it’s a computer. sometimes it’s doing things differently. It’s not that we don’t know what we’re doing. It’s because it’s doing some thing we never seen before. And the phone number is not a scam we do not call you I promise you and the phone number is so the computer recognize you as a loyalty customer is a good thing you get 10% off on Mondays you get 15% off on your birthday month to use one time and every $200 you can you get a five dollar coupon to use next time you visit as long as it’s before it expires. it will show up as point. so you don’t have to spend $200 at once.and if you’re like me, you lose your receipts for 30 days or less your receipt will be in our computer. Do not share your phone number with other people they might steal your coupons. Trust me I’ve seen husbands and children use someone’s else’s. coupons. I hope this helped.

Another good outlet store like Ross and TJ Maxx. I can always find something that I just have to have. As always with this kind of store, if you find something, anything you want. You had better get it because there is no guarantee that it will be there later.
