This place was beyond my wildest dreams, the staff at this location were perfect and a dream. I choose the hunter's retreat massage and was delighted by the results my skin is still so soft after 3 days. I want to go back soon. Planning another group trip with my family and friends. I spent just under $400 for 2 wonderful massages and that includes the tips. The only thing I would change is the nap room... until I fell asleep I had to deal with people coming in and out alittle louder then they should have maybe have a sign that indicates sleeping guest in the room would be helpful.
First class. Clean, nice vibe. Everyone helpful. Had a mani pedi. Both were good but scheduled almost 2 hours apart. Both techs were in the same room talking so why was there a space between my appointments?
This place is lovely. The spa area is super clean and you can tell the staff is constantly making sure things are tidy and replenished. Steam room and dry sauna was just what I needed. I got a deep tissue massage later with Nyx and she was amazing and so sweet. She addressed my problem areas and gave me tips on how to stretch as I was very tense. Thank you!
3 pm Wed/6 July appointment for Burke Williams massage + hot stones addition. Roshelle did a great job. Staff here are nice. I was the only customer at the men's spa portion which has sauna, steam room, 3-feet deep heated pool to sit in. Also complimentary bananas, mandarin oranges and fruity infused water.
It has gotten downhill since I have come now for 15 months. 2 women there are very rude who work in the dressing area. Men were sitting on the couches while I was in my tone. I felt uncomfortable and not safe. A family were in their phones on the couches too. I feel unsanitary in the quiet room people eating and sitting with wet hair. Chairs are not sanitized in there. Some clients are so loud. Not a classy spa for the high amount of money I paid.
My facial today with Curren was outstanding! It was my first time visiting this location and I had forgotten how thoroughly heavenly the Burke Williams experience is. Lovely facilities, attentive staff, so much attention to detail...an amazing opportunity to relax in the heart of the bustling South Bay. I was so thrilled to have an aesthetician as skilled as Curren. In addition to her great recommendations and treatments, she's friendly without being cloying and really has "the touch" for the massage and facial pressure points which really puts it over the top for me. The first treatment of many with her, I will be back!
First time having a facial at Burke Williams. It was fantastic. Sylvia did a great job.
The facial I got was great. I made my appointment for 4 and got to Burke Williams at 4 to learn that was late and my 150 dollar facial had to be cut short because of the shift change. It was 10-15 minutes of getting changed and filling out a form and that took away from my facial time. When I made the appointment I was never told I had to arrive early or else it would affect my time. Disappointed to say the least when it was not cheap
Lovely, peaceful, I absolutely love this place customer service is great when I leave this place I am at peace when I get home so thank you Burke Williams for everything
My brother bought me a gift card to my all time favorite place as a Christmas present. I decided to use it on my birthday gift and let me tell you it did not disappoint. I got the most amazing massage to be clear it hurt me so good. I was preciously a member and at this point totally regretting letting that go.
