Was employed here. Absolutely unprofessional management. Management gossips and makes fun of their employees behind closed doors. Poor communication throughout the entire staff. Management does not know how to properly train employees per their position. Everyone keeps quiet due to needing their job. The store manager has a TERRIBLE attitude towards employees, very condescending. Just FYI if you’re a single parent or work another job I highly recommend staying away from working here. If you can’t work weekends, save your time and don’t even apply because management WILL NOT hire you. If you’re looking for decent hours, look somewhere else. Expect random schedule changes regularly without notice.
Love Bealls that was formerly Burke's I always buy my granddaughter's and my clothes and basically everything we need from household, to outdoors. Wonderful place and great customer service. My Happy Place
They hardly have anything worth buying. It also seems like they are jacking up prices.
Great place to buy most any kind of clothing, makeup, all kinds of stuff men,women & children. Purses at good prices, recommend it highly
Gotta give this place 5 stars. Awesome selection of clothes, bags, wallets, coats, jewelery, Christmas gifts, things for pets.... I mean seriously ... What other store could have all that under 1 not so big building and the store be so clean and neat ?? No other than ... BURKS !!!
Nice store. A few ladies are very mean. They have a few new ladies and one was very mean and I wanted to tell her that she didn't have to be so mean but all I said was Merry Christmas.
First time in this store. It has a lot of clothes at a great price. If you have young children and pre-teens, this would be a great store. It is not a good fit for us, but we enjoyed our visit.
The employees at Burkes Outlet, especially this one of Erwin, are very rude and do not make you feel welcome. The lady at the register basically threw my change at me when I made my purchase. None of them ever had a good vibe or polite. They make me feel like you're a criminal and do not interact or offer to help in any kind of way. I'm not the only one who has said this.
A nice outlet store with good quality merchandise & great discounts. The store is neat & clean & the staff is very nice.
