Stopped by on Valentine’s Day to get flowers and they quickly helped me by putting together this wonderful bouquet. Great service and fresh flowers.
I bought the flowers of the day as a housewarming gift for $50 + delivery and taxes it was $75. This is what they delivered! I contacted them and the email I got back clearly indicated that a computer was replying. Same questions I already answered. Very disappointing. Next time I use Amazon again and not local!
owner is extremely rude. stood in front of my car refusing to allow me to leave until I called the cops. apparently i parked in the wrong parking spot, and she "refused to let me leave since she called the tow truck already." i've never had this happen in my life. i'd recommend 1000 other florists before i come back here. basic decency apparently is too much to ask for.
Horrible experience. This shop is heartless! I ordered wreaths for my mom’s funeral. The flower they delivered was dry, old and looked like being used. The wreaths came with no ribbon even though I gave specific instructions to them for the writing on the ribbon. They put a card on each wreath with some funny letters that nobody would recognized. .
I had called and complained to the manager that the roses in my arrangement were not fresh and died within 3 days before opening. She offered to redo the arrangement she said she took a photo when it was completed I thought I would get the same arrangement, instead I got a much cheaper, smaller arrangement of carnations that is ugly. No roses at all. I called her again, talk about terrible customer service! Work with another shop. I wouldn’t waste my money keeping this shop in business.
Lovely florist! Beautiful and fresh flowers.
The flowers are not fresh and overpriced, the most important thing is their wrapping looks so cheap and ugly!!! Don’t go this shop if you buy flowers for gifting, not worth it.
The most disrespectful customer service I’ve experienced. After inquiring why the flowers haven’t delivered yet which they said they already did 3 hours earlier, the lady just blew off on me and saying that they have not talked to their driver. Very unprofessional. This was a nightmare.
They don't answer there own phones. They have some "off site" answering service. You can't talk to one of the florists about your order. Nothing but a assembly line outfit. No personalized attention. All the answering service can do is take an order from the FTD website. Shoddy customer service
