I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with Burlington! This store is an absolute treasure trove of kind and brand goods. I was pleasantly surprised by the diverse selection and amazing deals on offer. The friendly staff and organized layout made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Whether I was looking for clothing, home decor, or other essentials, Burlington had it all. The variety of options and the quality of the products available truly exceeded my expectations. I can confidently say that Burlington has become one of my favorite places to shop for both everyday items and special finds.
Very neat organized store with a nice selection. Two cashiers however once the checkout line was long, another cashier was added. Cashiers were friendly and efficient. Ample parking plus a nice selection of stores in the strip mall. Walmart across parking lot as well. A pleasant shopping experience!
The place is a hot mess. They do have good sales, but it is hard to find unless you have a whole day to seek. The lines are a mad house. I've been in line over an hour 1/2. Many people, after waiting online for so long , have walked out. They need more cashiers and less talking. Please. Clean up the place and be more organized, and more people will come.
I have to say the store itself is not the best one I been to so far. It is very unorganized a huge ceiling water leak. The aisle were filled with items that were suppose to be on the shelf they were on the floor in the walk way. You couldn’t tell what was were or had to be placed or to look at the things in the aisle before check out like phone cases AirPod cases chargers were thrown every where it should have been managed through out the day. My cashier was extremely rude and was an unpleasant experience. My cashier was Nikolas and his constant facial expressions rolling his eyes, flaring the nose, blank stare in my face when asked a question, huffing and puffing, mumbling under his breath and his rude sarcastic responses were unacceptable. I will Be contacting the store manager or corporate.
Was a little bit messy store customers look like not interested in cooperation to keep the store organized..but I'm always do it if a touch anything I be sure put in back in place..I love the prices
Not enough staff working. The lines are super long due to they have 12 registers but only 2-3 staff members working on the register at a time. I was waiting for over +30 mins to buy 3 items.
Love the clothes but 45 minutes on line, and people treat this store like a garbage dump. Clothes on the floor, clothes thrown everywhere, it's sad. People have no respect.

My first and last time coming here they have like 12 registers but only 3 r open I had to wait in this like for an hour these owners need to stop being so cheap and hire people
This was the favorite place for my mom and my aunt to shop still have leather jackets get for Christmas from my mom 20 years ago but now I see the quality and store organized not like use to be you can found cheap and good prices but nothing of the great quality use to be
