Let me start off with I went on a Friday morning on 8/25/2023 and the store was crowded, both end of the store's check out lines were super long, and there was no "Social Distancing"! Some areas in the store were a mess. There was an endcap with some summer clearance. I spent about an hour there untangling some wind chimes strings. They had a large health and beauty section as well as snacks. People were school shopping. Small children were crying throughout the store for whatever reason! It was becoming irritating to hear all the crying. There were only two cashiers working at the checkout. Loss Prevention was very visible and catching customers with anti theft tags still on merchandise that should have been removed by the cashier. I use to shop at Burlington's Coat Factory in the 70s and it was nothing like what I experienced on this day. Let me not to forget my cashier's attitude. No greeting, no eye contact, and no care about my shopping experience. She acted like she really didn't want to wait on me or she just did not want to work! There is another location that I might check out or maybe not!
I got towels and a floor mat and Dove soap bars. It was all at an excellent price!! I will return for some baby clothes when my first baby arrives.
Large selection for everyone at very good prices, as you come to expect from Burlington. It is a reasonably big Burlington located conveniently in the beltway plaza mall, so you can easily grab a bite after shopping. Most of the men's T-shirts were around 10 or below and they had over 25+ options in each size. They had a large collection of jeans and shirts as well. They also had some stationary items.
This Burlington store in Greenbelt, PG County, Maryland, unfortunately, offers the worst service in the area. With consistently closed fitting rooms and a persistently unclean environment, this location leaves much to be desired. I would strongly caution against shopping here, especially for those who are interested in making multiple purchases, trying on outfits, or simply seeking a clean and pleasant shopping experience.
The management of this store should be embarrassed about the horrific condition and complete disorganization of the sales floor. In both men’s and women’s clothing areas, all of the sizes and clothing types were completely mixed together, and clothes were strewn across the tops of the racks and on the floor. It was truly a disgrace. It is obvious that no one has made any attempt to organize or straighten anything for many months; this was not an isolated situation. We like a good deal, but it’s not worth our time to try to search out our sizes and styles within a complete and utter mess. There was an obvious air of chaos as soon as we walked in. Go to Marshalls two doors down where things were organized and well stocked.
Line was exorbitantly long. Only 2 cashiers for purchases & returns in same single file line. Store looks dingy and a bit dirty. In basement of the mall. If you purchase from here, be sure it is items you won't need to return. Crazy busy & crazy long wait times. Cashier was helpful & kind, once we actually got up to the front of the line.
I love Burlington but this is the absolute worst one Ive been to. Extremely disorganized, a guaranteed long line, and messy. I just left after a few minutes because there was no clear section for my shirt size. Its like they just throw all the shirts on the rack for you to figure out which size is which. I keep coming back because it's so close to my home, but I am disappointed every time. You're better off making a longer drive than coming here
I went back after a year of not going to this location and I just wanna say that when I came back I was surprised to see that they had a lot of toy selection and how stocked it was. I was able to find the Carson vetch toy ! My son was very happy when I bought it. I also wanna thank one of the employees there who walked me to the elevator when the escalators were not working. I tend to have a phobia of elevators so she was able to be there with me ! I don't regret coming back to this location.
The Greenbelt location is not as nice as it used to be. I prefer the Bowie location. There is plenty in the store, but it is really messy. I prefer the Marshall's.
Not as much nice selections on items and clothing like a few years ago and could use a little bit better organization pretty clean which is always good. However great selections on kitchen stuff , house hold items and decorations.
