The floor is always a MESS, certain days the line is long and it is slow. Good and Merchandise are I am sorry becoming thrift store level quality. This Burlington used to be a GEM. Also needs SECURITY so tired of seeing thieves just walk out the store with merchandise and no security.
If I could give this place a zero or in minus, that would be the most accurate. This place is sheer pathetic. No matter what day of the week or what time of the day you come, the line at the register is at least 50 or more people long and that’s being generous. At any given time it takes 1-2 hours in-line no matter what. Having 20 registers or more, they always have 3-5 register’s open and every person at the register tries to check patience of every person standing in line by being as slow as humanly possible. They have no concern for how many are in line and how long the wait is. They will not open extra registers or try to move faster. I myself don’t or will never buy from Burlington coat factory at Potomac Mills location. On top of that, the store is as dirty and unorganized as it can be. What do they even do? Are there any people that work here and try to even keep it organized or make the place run any better? I cannot comment on any other store locations, but unfortunately there is nothing good to say about this particular location of Burlington coat factory.
This store has gone severely downhill over the last couple years. I would have given less stars except for the fact that we were able to find a decent suit for our college bound son which was the purpose of our visit. The store is less organized and more of a mess than Ross these days. People’s unattended children making bigger messes is only part of the problem. The line to check out was incredibly long. We just had one person in our group get online while the others tried to shop.
Hate this place . Not clean not organize and didn’t have any idea about customer service.. they are extremely busy. The line is really really long. And they have three cashiers and the rest talking to each others. All these people and they open only three registers. I hope the manager if there is one I’m sure no manager in duty or a manager without any skills and powercan go find his employee that shittttt chatting in the back.
This is the worst Burlington location I have ever seen. Clothes and products thrown on the floor. Shelves disorganized and generally a complete mess. The store is dirty. It is so busy and they are never very well stocked. Not sure who manages this location but they need to be fired IMO.
Visited 4/19/23. It was a disaster @ 8:30am. I didn't shop. I have never seen this store out of order.
Shop didn't look presentable and lightning in store was poor. Items were not well placed on clothed rack. Takes time to find clothing. The sign posts of items were not well posted. Presence of staff on shop floor was lacking
After hour of waiting in the line the cashier returned my stuff with the receipt and giving me lowest value because I passed 30 days. This is insane. this is insane worst customer service never will go there again. The return policy with the receipt after 30 days you get the merchandising card with a full refund but she refused to give me that install. She giving me the lowest price because I pass 30 days with the receipt. I think she’s a supervisor there. Older lady with the gray hair long hair.
One word - Trashed! I used to love this store and its wide selection of sizes and different varieties. No more! Clothes, shoes, and other stuff on the floor like they didn't even bother putting it on the racks or shelves.
I’ve been keep coming in Burlington for 10 year. But this store are worse. They don’t keep people on register even though Saturday or Sunday. It’s been one hour I’m standing on the line. Last week I came with my wife and she is 7 months pregnant I ask on register can they take her because she was standing for while but what bad behavior from the shift manager, if I’m not wrong he is Hispanic guy. Burlington authorities need to do something about it.
