They finally had clothes in my size & stuff that I actually like. The wife and I  found some great items this time. We will be visiting again in the near future. The lady who checked us out was very nice & professional. We really enjoyed shopping today.

So I had bought shoes the other day to surprise my bf, he tried them on and they were too narrow. So today I attempted to return them at this location and one guy comes up and grabs them and says “aw naw, these have been worn, look at the creases and the size number is pressed into the heel. There’s no way these haven’t been worn, we can’t take these back.” He was incredibly rude, short and hateful with how he spoke to me. There was no size number on the heel, the shoes were crisp and clean, and had not been worn. So I took them to another location, and they returned them without a problem. I promise I won’t buy a single thing from Burlington again if this is how they address a customer. Especially not from the Bevo Mill location, which looked like a nightmare think: clothes on the floor, shelves overloaded and toys/food items strewn about, etc.

The atmosphere is always fun here! One of my favorite places to shop. Managers are especially nice. You will always find something here.

There was not buggies nowhere in site The completely rude security guard said they were all being used in the back of the store & when I told him I needed one to shop with because I have mobility issues he sarcastically just said BYE!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD A BUSINESS THAT DIDN'T TRY TO HELP SOMEONE THAT'S HANDICAPPED.

Cashier was just rudest non caring I've ever met. Addititude out of this world. She apparently does not like her job. Will go to Brentwood or chesterfield from now on.

Great selection but the cashier was rude. Nearly ripped the leggings I was buying because she was throwing and slamming stuff around and they got caught on something on the counter.

I'm always impressed by the selection of Winter coats available here, and how reasonable the prices are.

There is lot of stuff in clothing, coats and toys but not very much on baby furniture or baby needs. It been used to have lot more sections but  seems closed down for reordering

I have loved this store for many year's but not anymore. The store employees followed me around like I was a thief. It was a horrible  experience. I understand that you have shop lifters but I'm not one of them and I understand  you have to watch for potential  theft. I kept shopping  and  I let my feelings be known when I checked out. My shopping will take me out of my comfort  zone. Be a little more discreet  I'm a good customer. I hope that one day I'll want to try shopping  there again. The 2 Sars belong to my cashier  that day.

Always a slow check out but staff is there and knowledgeable should you need help
