This store Really went downhill since the last time I was here.. What really aggravated me was the loss prevention officer. He was rude and loud, hood. Threatening to a kid at that. He needs some people skills. It cost 0 to be a decent human being. I won't be spending my money here anymore

Very clean and easy to find whatever your looking for. From coats to shoes home decor and toys for babies and kids even adults. Great prices and helpful staff.

not the best Burlington in the area. Sometimes it has a good selection of men's clothes. Forget about shoes though, as the men's shoes upstairs can be sparse. They used to have a lot of jackets but it doesn't seem like that any more. The home section is ok. Some of the pictures there though are torn up and old

Large variety of goods. I once found a dress for $20.00. I had bought the same dress at Macy's 2 weeks before that for $80.00. Same brand. So I bought the 20. Dress and returned the 80. Dress to Macy's.

Let me just say I will never shop here again I will make sure family and friends don't shop here I feel very disrespected. First let me say I'm a security guard and the way I was looked upon was sad.I am not from this area I came last min with friends the night before hungover I went to Burlington to get clothes since I neglected to bring some I was tailed by security as soon as I entered I am a big guy hard to find what I like in my sizes.the loss prevention/security made it pretty obvious they're watching me one guard even changed to street clothes to be inhospitable lol well I got my merch the cashier was rude and unpleasant I head to my car decided to change shirt socks I'm way at end of parking lot security guard and I think a manager followed me out stood where they could see me and watched me til I left so I decided to take the time right now to write a review hope they enjoyed the fresh air. Lol

Great selection and really good prices. Lots to dig through if you're into that kind of shopping. Love their variety of hats and accessories.

They are extremely rude, Yesterday when i pulled in the parking lot before going in the store, i was sitting in my car about 5 minutes and the security gaurd profiles me and my friends/past and present customers of Burlington coat factory and without reason regaurdless where i chose to park my vehicle he walked up from behind my car with his gun drawn and light blinding us , pointing guna at each of our faces. Says that we are trespassing because im guessibg cux i didnr park bu the rest of the cars cluttered in the front and after talking to us he put down his gun from pointing it at our faces andevery time we said something he would take his gun back out and point it at us. That was wrong to do, he didnt even ask if we where planning on shopping, just without even sayibg anything approach my car with the gun drawn, and he looked shaky holding that gun at us so it was a frightening experience when i was going to go to the store. And the manager didnt want to do anythibg after calling and explaining it. I will never go their again to but clothes after security profiled me and my friends and had a gun pointed at our faces while verbally assulting us with what he was saying. I plan on making sure it doesnr happen again and WILL be getting in contact with a lawyer in regaurds to the incident that happend and i got 2 eye witnesses that where with me.

They have nice work clothes there very business casual, not so much on coats any more,but still a nice place to shop.

The best loss prevention I seen in here his name was Jesse Cruz that guy was great ..even had great customer service I shop there alot but I seen he was gone so I don't shop there anymore .but the store is kinda old
