What a meeeess!!. i wanted to buy 2 pairs of identical earbuds, but the section leading to the registers where they have them is such a mess that I left without them. Edit: So it seems the store being a mess is a permanent thing... read the review from Lirio Quintanilla from 11 months ago.....Lirio reported a mess, and the store Mgr Nuria replied with the usual excuses. Nuria promised to take care of it 1 year ago but it's still the same... Probably won't go back anymore
Love this place out off all places it’s almost like a treasure hunt of these good items, unfortunately it’s severely messy clothes, would make a OCD person go insane, they and shoes on the ground, it’s thrown everywhere I go, only one person is putting the items back you should hire more retail stocking employees that would be great, and the LP guy is very f friendly
Stopped by as I was visiting family in town and I was very disappointed to see the mess. I understand it's a retail store as I myself work in retail and it's expected to get disorganized but this is beyond. It needs better management to know how to direct employees to work as a team and keep store organized or atleast try to keep it up once the rush is over.
I love Burlington. It's like a treasure hunt. Seems like the prices have gone up quite a bit since 6 months ago. The employees are always super nice & helpful. I hope they open the dressing rooms soon. Otherwise it's a favorite place to shop. You save alot of $ even tho the prices are going up.
Horrible. I stopped on a cold day looking for a coat, and there’s ZILTCH. I Decided to pick up some shoes and a jacket. Shoes size 10 the label says so I think OK let’s get these for work but I get home I noticed the left one is a size 12. Ridiculous! This store was smelly dirty poorly lit and there was nobody there to help. Both the items that I bought were so ridiculously flawed that I wish I could fly back the 1200 miles to replace these but I know that there be nobody to talk to because the entire store was devoid of help and clearly negligent. I wish I could have that hour of my life back and the 150 bucks that I spent there but I’m writing it off because of stupid.
It's a great store with a large variety of deals. The lines can get pretty long, but that is because they have so many bargains. The only thing I don't like about this location is the primer paint smell.
I got here at 4 took 5 minutes to get what I needed which was 2 things a shirt and some lip loss and took over 40 minutes to pay only 2 cahiers opened ridiculous
I was not impressed by this in Burlington at all. It is good because it's in a large mall with other large anchor stores and there are plenty of parking spaces. The only one that greets you at the door is a loss prevention person. There weren't very many carts available. The items on the shelves and in the store in general are very disheveled and out of order and much of it is just tossed on the floor. There are no workers walking around on the floor anywhere and half of the stores blocked off. They don't have a jewelry section and many things are just randomly scattered. Honestly it looks like a garage sale.
2 cashiers are open . Bad service
I like this store because it’s very affordable and I got my sonic hat, I would give you guys 5 stars but there so much clutter I almost fell, maybe you should hire people to clean it will make it better also didn’t like how it wasn’t organized and it was miss matched thank you and please fix the ac it’s like a hotbox I have intense asthma
