I had a wonderful experience at Burlington eye physicians. The receptionist and staff were amazing. So kind and professional. I met with Dr Dykman who was great. Very thorough very nice and professional and took time and gave me great feedback. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing eye care.
I have been seeing Dr. Fink for many years now. I have never had a bad experience with anyone. The staff is always pleasant and kind. My whole family is seen at this office and we never have an issue. The nursing staff is great with my children and puts us all at ease.
Have been here a few times. My latest experience was quite great. I typically have to pay a few hundred dollars out of pocket due to my eye condition. But Nina, took great care of me and even got my insurance Company to pay for the entire bill considering I always have to pay. Great service . Doctor was great. Will return!
I just want to say I think that Jennifer Sunset location needs a huge raise. I was very frustrated with your Barrington’s location to the point that I was making reviews and calling to complain and nothing seemed as though it was being taken seriously until Jennifer stepped on the scene. Jennifer made me feel like my complaints were valid and that action was going to be taken to make me and my son feel like a valued as a patient. Jennifer rectify the situation and also compensated for where things went wrong I truly appreciate people like her in this business who truly care about the patient’s needs She certainly went above and beyond her duties to ensure that I was satisfied with the accommodations she made. I truly appreciate her For taking the time to give me a call back and making me feel at ease !
Doctor was great, but have never encountered such an unprofessional office staff. Trying to get anything done with the receptionist or staff is like pulling teeth, absolutely awful. Extremely impatient and confrontational staff, no follow up even though I have requested multiple times. Every time I call back to get some more information, staff was extremely rude and refused to give me proper information. Never have experienced this level of unprofessionalism in a medical practice before.
Felt like a complete scam. Dr. Baker was quiet, calm, and attentive, but he was the only positive experience at this office. The office has a bunch of ads around it for some doctor's plastic surgery operations everywhere thought I was going to an eye doctor??? receptionists were confrontational and impolite before I saw the doctor, and much worse after I saw him and asked for my Pupilary Distance so I could order glasses. I was told that the PD wasn't standard to give out even though there's a spot for it on the prescription pad, and I've gotten it at every other doctor's office? and honestly handled it really poorly when I tried to get that information from them. It's my medical information - it's unacceptable to prevent me from having it, even if it makes you lose a sale in your glasses shop next door. When I questioned it further, they told me that they would then be responsible for the measurement and didn't want to open themselves up to malpractice - aren't you also responsible for getting my glasses prescription right in the same way? I don't appreciate my time or money being wasted, and both were when I went here.
Check in staff and check out staff was great. Clinical staff -no infection control. No washing hands, no sanitizer nothing. No temp checks no covid questions no social distancing in waiting rm. Doctor was the only ones that wiped down machines before using them. This was in willingboro office.
I have never been to a more thorough, caring doctor than Doctor Scimeca. He truly takes an interest in his patients and delivers the best medical eye care around!!! His staff helps to make sure it’s a fluid, comfortable office experience. I can’t recommend him enough!!!
Besides the long wait for my appointment at the Moorestown office almost an hour, I received a surprise bill for $100, after the office staff had assured me that my insurance covered my appointment. Apparently $100 is worth more to them than a returning patient, as the billing staff was arrogant when I called and put the blame on me.
absolute worst. they do not have their hours listed anywhere and they never return voicemails though they state they will return calls within 24 hours; i’ve been calling for 3 weeks now and have heard no response. i’ve gone to the office twice during the week and it is not open. terrible terrible patient service
