First time writing a review for any type of doctors office. I was handled so fantastically here, and they were so caring of my anxiety to walk me through the steps. I felt very well taken care of and my teeth feel great. I’ll definitely be coming back.
First time in the office and everything went really well! I didn’t leave with recommendations for THOUSANDS of dollars in out-of-pocket dental procedures as I did with the last dental office I went to. I was told there was a possible procedure needed down the line, but we’d watch it, for now. I trust they will take care of what needs to be done, and that feels awesome!! As a side note, I left my last dentist due to concerns that they were committing insurance fraud. Not a great feeling when you know you’re being “unsold” by a medical professional.
I had a tragic accident befall me while playing in the river camping on a Friday evening. My sandal slipped off of a rock and I smashed my chin right on a boulder. The impact cracked my front tooth pretty severely and completely obliterated the one next to it. Being a Friday evening after 5 nowhere could get me in in Bellingham after a visit to the ER for stitches and my weekend blew up in smoke and embarrassment of my snaggle teeth. Saturday morning I woke up and tried 10 different dental offices, none of which could get me in. I finally called Burlington Family Dentistry and they got me in within the 30 minutes of my phone call. After nearly 3 hours they painstakingly created new teeth for me. They took such good care of me, I am quite happy with the way my new teeth looks. And the whole office was so caring and understanding towards me in what was one of the most embarrassing moments of my life. I was even able to finish camping the rest of the weekend after getting my teeth fixed. And I had expected my bill to be 5x more expensive than I received, I paid out of pocket. I had such a good experience that I’m hoping to make Burlington Family Dentistry my new office. Thank you!
I was overdue for a cleaning and needed a new dentist... They got me in right away because they have a very accommodating schedule. Beth was my hygienist; she was professional, gentle, and efficient. My teeth looked and felt much better afterwards! I've met both doctors, each one is patient, kind, and caring. Even better is they won't guilt you or tell you about unnecessary treatment just to take your money. Their sterilization areas are always clean and orderly so I feel very safe there and don't have to worry about catching something nasty because the assistants work hard and are good at what they do. I recommend Burlington Family Dentistry to everyone!
Super friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. The Doctor kept the mood light and was funny. Most importantly to me, they didn't push the most expensive procedures like almost every other dentist I've been to. 10/10 would recommend.
I've been coming to this dental office for decades now. The place is always spotless clean the staff always listen closely that's really important. Met with Dr Wallace for the first time very cheerful very knowledgeable he will be restoring implant bridge for me in the near future. I have no complaints about Burlington family dentistry!
New to the area and didn't have a dentist yet. Had a crown come off over 4th of July weekend and they got me in a couple days later for the repair. Dr. Wallace did a great job, attention to detail adjusting the spacing and bite. Thank you! Scheduled my next cleaning already.
Negative 5 stars. The stuff are ONLY nice as long as you’re still a customer however, they have, a hi overturn of dentists and hygienists. it’s a rejected/internship dentist hygienist clinic Rejected: meaning when a dentist, or a hygienist lose their job and no where else will hire them, this is where they will go and internship: meaning fresh out of school and need their hrs dentists and hygienists. In the few times I used their services. I had BAD EXPERIENCE after another one dentist CRACKED a tooth. He was extremely rough even as I was fidgeting in pain and told him he was being way to rough then the follow up appointment for that now cracked tooth they messed up which the dentist didn’t even catch. I had to pointed it out to him that was when he realized he had messed up and had to redo what they had done which was a procedure that I had to wait six months in between also a procedure I would not have had to do had the dentist not cracked my tooth then another appt a hygienist wouldn’t stop when I told her I’ve had enough my teeth are still sensitive from that long drawn out should not have needed in the first place procedure. She just kept telling me “if you could muster through it I’ve almost got it” absolutely ridiculous and I will never go back when I decided to finally change dentists best decision I made. I have an amazing and very gentle dentist right across from the high school on the boulevard. Same dentist that has been working there for 30+ years. Family owned and they are more qualified and do better work. Burlington family dentistry were very vague about giving me my records. The list could go on. I highly recommend never going to this place.
Everyone there from the front desk to the dentist himself was amazing. The hygienists were gentle and were always checking my comfort levels.
The staff were friendly and polite. They happily answered any questioned that I had and when we started the procedure, making use I was comfortable. Keep up the great work!
