I really loved my shopping experience. I picked my bouquet and completed payment online. The flowers were ready for pick up all in under 15 minutes. The store clerk made sure to call and confirm that the flowers were ready for pick. I chose the deluxe arrive in style package and i can not help but admire the quality of the product especially since the roses are in full bloom.
The best and speediest service I have experienced anywhere, and I didn't need to talk to anyone. I'm in California and placed an order around 9:30 am PT. It was for someone in Burlington and she received her beautiful bouquet within 2 hours. Amazing!!! The arrangement was be-au-ti-ful. I specifically used Burlington Florist because they are a local business to my colleague's home. They have proven more than once that supporting local small businesses is something everyone should consider.

I needed to order flowers to be delivered to a family member who had to be hospitalized. We don't live in the same state, and I'm always a little worried about finding a business solely based on a Google search and online reviews. Burlington Florist knocked it out of the park. The photo my family member sent to me of the flowers she received was even better than what was pictured on the website! Amazing florist that takes their time and care in preparation of the end product. The staff was phenomenal, % customer service and they met my need to work with me through over the phone communication as I called in from Chicago to send my love a breathtaking bouquet. My family has been going to Burlington Florist for years and I was thrilled they were able to provide flower arrangements for my wedding. Every arrangement was perfectly balanced and the quality was exceptional, as I've come to expect from them.
Wife loved the gift I bought herflowers, but she had to fix the arrangement because it was poorly arranged and fell apart when she grabbed them. For nearly 100.00 dollars, I feel there should have been a little more care in the gift.
