The Power Plant Hampton location is great! The staff is friendly and efficient, even under staffing shortages. I know short staffing is the norm no matter where you go, but these associates greet you with a warm welcome and a solid goodbye. The store is pretty well stocked and offers many sizes and styles.
Went there with one of my friends and he really loved the clothes because he's a smaller guy and they had plenty of inventory that was stylish for him. I'm a bigger guy and I was able to find work pants and a shorts set and was satisfied as well. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the line was at least eight persons long and they were only two cashiers but like so many other places they are short staffed and doing the best that they can I guess. I will definitely come back and may even get their card
Burlington is typically one of the best spots to find deals. There weren’t any nice sneakers when I went in recently. But they had lots of other nice items stocked.
ALL, of my needs and all of my wants from a pallet store are right here inside of BCF.... Everyone, can get something from this store in season or out of season! The store is located in the Hampton Roads Center Parkway location, and you can see the stores from the highway.
Store was clean, bright, and spacious. Happened upon a beautiful curtain design, and bought 5 sets at a perfectly affordable price. Even bought some fancy curtain rods at a big savings.
Why are the fitting rooms closed on a Saturday before Mothers Day in Hampton VA!! They have security, they have supervisors working ‘the floors’ but they can not pull one of those managers from their ‘back of the house’ duties to open the fitting room at a CLOTHING STORE!!!!! In the time it took the floor manager to make sure all the fitting room doors were locked, I could of tried on at least one of the 6 dresses I brought back there. I kept her with me explaining WHY the fitting room was closed short staffed longer than it would have taken her to let me try on a dress!!!! So disappointed after spending 40 minutes selecting dresses to TRY ON!!!
Appreciate this place more than you know, but having employees work aftrer 9 is a bit much. Everything closes 10 pm the latest and although we love Burlington we have humanity first and the 11.30 pm opening seems a bit too much. God bless the employees.
Friday at 11:40 PM. Door locked. Google says closing at 12. Store needs to update Google for correct hours because that is a big inconvenience for customers. Sorry I am arriving close to closing time, but hours are hours and I needed something quick. Correct Google or keep the doors unlocked until 12.
Although they have a good selection and great prices, what good is that if the fitting rooms are closed?! A clothing store with no fitting rooms! I saw at least two floor workers walking around and I think two registers open, so why is the fitting room closed? On top of that, I didn't know that walking in because you expect a clothing store to have fitting rooms so I proceeded to shop and found quite a bit of items to only then find out I wasted my time!
Nice selection of items. Great prices and a nice variety of clothes, shoes, purses, backpacks, accessories, suitcases, and home decor.
