Went in the store at 10:16 am. Finished hetting my things by 10:25 got in line and there were 2 cashiers and about 15 people in line. Asked the Manager could she help out and with an attitude she said no, I'm eating. The store was messy with items all over the place. This will be my LAST time going there!
It was the WORST EVER Clothes & shoes everywhere & they didn't have anything for infants except for socks. Plus, you have to dig through it all just to find clothes for an infant. It's completely unorganized. They need to close the store & get it cleaned & organized. ASAP
Always 2 cashiers and a long line. Most times people including myself gets tired of waiting and just leave. Plus the dressing rooms are permanently closed so you'll always have returns. They use to be good but not anymore
Always have my sizes. I'm a tall guy 6'5 so this is one of my go-to stores.
So I've been in Philly for a number of years now the time as come to give my review. This Burlington is apart of me now from before pandemic until after they are pet friendly the bathroom is always open which has been a lifesaver for shoppers the untidiness we see are consumers who don't seem to care to put back items if they no longer intend on getting them. I'm yet to meet a mean employee they are hard working and always fixing the store for us. The phone was answered promptly also.
I love going to Burlington Every week sometime every other week To try and replace the little things that I might need at home ought to buy something to make me feel better Burlington fit all my every needs one-stop shop the prices fit my budget
I was shopping at Burlington today & I had my daughter & two nieces with me age 10 & up! The girls love to look at skin care & make-up when shopping. I was looking in the baby section & one of the workers confronted them & said “you cannot be in here, you have to leave!” They proceeded to tell the customer service agent that they were shopping with an adult. The agent went to get the security guard & asked them to leave the store. After convincing the agent they couldn’t leave the store without an adult the girls came to the baby section with me. I think this situation was very unprofessional & rude especially to young children! This is my neighborhood Burlington and I will never shop here again after spending tons of money over the years! We shop together on weekends and I have never experienced this
Never go wrong with this store, I always find what, if not close to what I'm looking for and never empty handed, LOVING THIS STORE:
Poor customer service. One of their item sticker said the price something and when I went to check out they charged me saying they put it by mistake and didn’t give me the value of the sticker was saying.
