I have used this service for the last 11 months, the staff have been fantastic with every query that I had, the place is so clean and tidy and accessible at all hours, everything is temperature controlled, I really recommend this service :

I couldn't recommend Store & Go enough! Absolutely top class from start to finish! The facility is immaculate, very easy to use and so handy. The staff are exceptional, especially Grainne who goes over and above to help every customer, and provides a lovely experience every time I've been in, she is an asset to the company! CHECK YOUR EXIT REFUND - Used this facility for around 18-19 months, for a lot of that time the light was faulty outside the unit, raised it multiple times, eventually was fixed near the end of the "tenancy" - the toilet at the facility is nailed shut! - I gave notice on the 15th, expecting to pay a further 10 days notice fee but I was already paid up for 5 of these, and Store and Go had a £50 deposit - so I emptied the unit on the 19th - received a return of deposit that was around £12 short - despite raising this multiple times today, Store and Go are claiming their figures are correct - they are not! - I expect you to refund the correct amount now I've done the calculations for you! - And I will be occasionally popping in to make sure that you aren't renting this unit out while I'm still paying for it! - I suspect that they have "short-changed" others the same way, when leaving, and they haven't even noticed - well consumerline has been told about this and I'll be putting in a small claims claim form, as a matter of principle.

A fantastic facility for the city. Well located, very easy to access and clean, warm and secure. More importantly, the staff are fantastic. They are so professional and approachable - a great asset to the company!! I'd highly recommend.

Took all the stress out of moving days, excellent customer service, easy use, secure and reliable facilities and the team were very responsive when our moving dates changed, twice!! We shopped around for storage in NI and ROI and nothing beat the professionalism and response of Store & Go. Their facility clean, new and has state of the art technology for entry and security. Highly recommended. A five star experience working with staff as well.
