Burlington Trail Ways

Good service, answers phone...a bit pricey to take your bicycle & city hop, but most folks do not do this yet.

Horrible experience. They left my mother-in-law in Champaign for 6 hours due to their bus arriving late at the Peoria hub. No effort to resolve the issue when contacting customer service. After speaking to friend's from the area it seems to be common practice for these people to show up late and leave you to sort it out. Strongly advise to choose an alternative way to travel.

Simple fast great deals

On the route between Ottumwa, Iowa and East Peoria, Illinois the driver left the cargo bay door open and luggage fell out. The horrible phone service from Trailways and Burlington Trailways saddens me about this once.noble company.

The driver cusses, is rude, violated my ada Rights, I had to stand too long he is terribly cruel and should be fired or given training in how to do his job correctly

This the main city bus terminal. They keep it clean and air conditioned, which is nice. The information window people have always been helpful and nice.

I have no complaints about Burlington Trailways the parents are reasonable and the drivers are friendly and pleasant

They run on time and they have options for disabled ppl with plug in outlets and convenient bus stations.

Bus never stopped to pick me up
